I think I may pull the trigger on my Binary Code playing cards after seeing this. I mean, they will be just as user-friendly! Or maybe my Morse Code deck? This gives me hope.

Interesting idea, bad execution. Yeah, it'll be good to use as flash cards for kids who go to Chinese schools and have to learn to use an abacus!
But rookie designers forget that what looks good on your screen, doesn't translate well in a standard playing card. Not only do I have to count the value of the card carefully, I have to squint at the image. Ok, for those with good eyesight, not so good for the rest of us.
However, this designer shows promise. The back design is decent , but then again, compared to what we have seen recently, anything average looks good! Still can't see much of the Abacus in the back.
If s/he keeps working at it, there could be a good deck in the future
