Trying to replicate or "make a tribute to" one of the most expensive vintage decks in the world by slapping images of it on a regular deck? And trying to market it to modern playing card collectors by pimping up the box and the corner pips?

These people are either really desperate or just retarded. Or both.

I like the box design and I think he mentioned in his story that he knows he needs to make the pictures clearer. The concern for me is, how many people will back this project since shipping is not included and you are not told how much it will be.

Thanks!

Good point Mike. I had not noticed that shipping fees will come after...What happens if you do not agree with the shipping fees? This could prove interesting hehehe

Did anyone pledge for this deck? If so, can you post want the last update for backers was? This guy said the decks were suppose to ship the last week of September and it appears no one has gotten anything. In addition, the project just barely got funded and he bid on his own project.

Thanks!

The last update was today:
Thanks everyone for your patience and for the kind words and support from those regarding the funeral and subsequent estate settlement. I have finished a long and tiring process and I'm happy to finally return to work and some sense of normalcy. I am picking up where I left off with shipping and hopefully you will get your decks soon.

Thanks again,

Alex
