Aren't these just monarchs? Like the white ones are rare, but aren't all the others available for $10 at t11? Am I missing something here?

There’s two blue v1 monarchs, a NYSM2 monarch, a red v1, and the EMP is the round seal version

Is the EMP alone available? If so, how much would you ask for it?
