They do look very good. I pledged for one of each but asking if there is a way to get just 2 special editions. Seeing the cards are the same I don't really need the bicycle tucks.

I asked the same question. For now, I pledged for one Special Edition and asked if they plan to have the other available as an add-on. I did something similar with the Sumi series. I didn't necessarily want the Bicycle tucks, so I just got the craft editions. Those special cases look fantastic!

It's interesting to see how Card Experiment pledged right away after the launch ahha, I guess people are drawn to the kind of art style that speaks familiarly to them

The artwork is fantastic, no denying that. I'm not a huge fan of the very large Japanese font in the middle of the courts but I can live with that since it seems to be a theme of the deck. And as a Bicycle-branded sucker I like the tucks, too. I would even expect to pay a little extra for Bicycle branding. But $22 each, shipped (EB pair)? Not worth that much to me. Definitely the best Agenda cards to date and I'm sure these will fund and be a very nice finished product. But too rich for my blood.

Love the special edition tucks, the artwork is beautiful but a bit busy for my tastes... I'm in on it for now, but we'll see as the Campaign goes on.

I'd like to have just 2 of each special decks. Really love the artwork, would be perfect for my gf, she'll probably look weirdly at me for giving her a deck of cards, but that's ok, she'd love the artwork. Would fit nicely in the japanese garden she's making. Maybe a japanese plant would fit better than a deck of cards though. I'm such a bad boyfriend. Anyone knows how much the special decks are as add on?

I was contemplating about them for a while now. Verdict - f**k me hard, they are great. I too love the sleeves and special edition tucks.

I would like to know as well. Can’t stand the Bicycle branding on the regulars.

#@$%&#! Decknowledgy!
Stop posting really nice decks on Kickstarter. I think I would have preferred ignorance. Great, now I am in for a set. I really wanted a double set, but one set will have to do....go away!

What do you mean the funds?
I didn’t promise you that!
I promised you unlimited desire!

They listened and added more pledge options including the 2x Special Edition!
Dear Backers
Thank you very much for the support for our new project! Once again, we are pleasantly surprised by the overwhelmingly response we are getting for Edo Karuta Playing Cards. At this point, we are about 95% funded and hopefully we will secure the rest of the 5% in the next day so that we can make this project a reality.
We have added add-ons as well as new reward tiers. The add-ons will allow you to customize your pledge to suit what you need. The 5 new reward tiers are added based on feedback from backers and they allow for choice of all Basic or all Special edition up to 2 decks. We also have a special reward tier with 2 bricks of all Basic edition decks for hardcore Bicycle fans out there.
Keep the feedback and suggestions coming. We will seriously consider them and see if we can put them into this campaign. Having said that, we will not be able to act on all feedback and suggestions as there might be feasibility and costs issues.
Once again, thank you very much. Looking forward to the next update hopefully informing all of you of the good news that we are funded.
Cheers
Flagrant Agenda
