Anyone else get frustrated waiting on KS deliveries while others (I assume backers) have the decks already and are listing them for sale.

Well, not really, it usually takes almost two months for any order to arrive at my house due to the customs, so I"m used to it, but I can understand your frustration.
I'm just always worried if the decks will be damaged or not when they arrive.

Many are taking longer to arrive because of the lockdowns across the world. IIRC Gamblers warehouse closed for a bit (don't know if they are still), and as far as I know the USPCC and Cartamundi presses are still stopped. The flip side is that Playingcarddecks.com (PipBox) and KWP Shorts are still shipping and on their regular schedules.

As for mail services, USPS has had a very rare (and manufacturer-sealed!) book in their possession that I bought over 2 weeks ago... Both FedEx and UPS have been slower than usual, too, with 1 or 2-day delays.
