[SELL / TRADE] Extremely rare KWP items!

Unread post by TheCollector »

--------------------------------------------
THINGS I HAVE FOR TRADE / SELL:
--------------------------------------------

1x Pi Copper Plate: This plate was used to press the original Pi deck tucks! I don't think I need to be much of a salesman to convey the extreme rarity of this item, lol. I'd like to trade this for equally as rare items that I'm interested in, but I'd also be open to selling this if the price is right. I honestly have no idea how to value it from a monetary stance, but I'm kind of sitting at a low 4-figure number in my head. I'm completely open to discussion, though!

NOW UP FOR AUCTION ON EBAY (CLICK HERE)

Image

1x Verum Videre Christmas Edition: Jackson said he created ~36 of these versions for friends and family. He had a few left, so I bought one from him during one of his Instagram live auctions.

NOW UP FOR AUCTION ON EBAY (CLICK HERE) *SOLD - NO LONGER AVAILABLE*

Image

1x Gilded Crimson Labyrinth (1/8): *NO LONGER AVAILABLE*

1x Verum Videre Black Limited (352/400) and Black Gilded (195/200): Tossing these in the mix. Would prefer to trade.

Image

1x Equinox I 2019 Standard, Gilded, and Artist Proof: I would prefer to trade/sell these as a set, but I'm open to conversation if you'd like to buy/trade individual decks.

*STANDARD EDITION HAS BEEN SOLD*

Image

1x Unused Golden Arthurian Tuck: Kind of a unique oddity that I received from KWP in one of my deliveries! In the event that one of you would enjoy having it, I thought I would tack it on with the other things I've listed herein.

----------------------------------------------------
THINGS I'M INTERESTED IN TRADING FOR:
----------------------------------------------------

My top wants at the moment are as follows:

1. Grotesque Signature Edition (Elite Platinum)
2. ICONS Imperial (Reverse Edition)
3. Arabesque Error
4. Any rare/obscure Lotrek items (prototypes/demos/trials/test prints, uncut sheets, oddities/misprints, etc.).
5. All Branle decks (Branle, Branle Royal, and Branle Tesoro)
6. Bicycle Gilded Unicorn (1/10 Purple Gilded)
7. Nox Lucem (Standard Edition, Infernal Edition, and Limited Holographic Edition)

Then there's my wish list on Portfolio52. Many of the items I have there would be 2nd or possibly 3rd copies, so not everything there are things I actually need.

Finally, if there are other things you think I might be interested in, feel free to let me know!

That's it for now! I'm not in any hurry for these items to change hands; I just figured I'd put them out there and see what might come back my way interest-wise from more hardcore KWP collectors.

Email me at stephenchapmanseo@gmail.com if you're interested! Shipping would be from the US. =)

I've never been so happy to exclude signed decks from my collection. I'm a huge KWP fan and collector but the only way I could bow out of these IG Live auctions was when he said they were signed. These are great pieces though! I'm tempted by the crimson labyrinth if it's only signed on the cello.

I would just like to make you aware, if you weren't already, that the only way you're getting one of these is in an open deck. All of the Gilded Unicorn decks were sealed in the same tucks with no differentiation.

Yep! I'm aware. =) It's one of the only exceptions to a deck's value not being dinged due to being opened, lol.

Yeah, I completely understand what you mean. It doesn't bug me how Jackson signs his decks, but I certainly do appreciate someone like Lotrek who signs his decks on the sides or bottom. As for the Crimson Labyrinth, it is signed on the cellophane! =) Or it was, at least. I'm not sure what the status of things is at the moment, but I imagine when he fixes things, he'll sign it in the same manner.

Are you sure that Jackson's signature was on the cellophane? I have No 7 of the Crimson Labyrinth and the signature is on the tuck box and then cellophaned. It's like that for my Golden Pi as well (signature on tuck), though his signature is on the bottom. :P

Nope! I'm not 100% sure, lol. I thought I recalled the signature being on the cellophane, but I could very well be wrong. I'm trying to remember back ~6 months since that's when I shipped the two I have back to him to be fixed. :|

Out of curiosity, does your deck also have the typos ("LAYbrinth" and "ThessalonIAS" on the labels)?

I was sure the Crimson Labyrinth decks were signed on the cellophane, but when I checked mine it is definitely signed on the tuck box. I left mine "Crimson Laybrinth" because, well it is perfect that way. So, mine isn't in the shop for repairs. So it is on "on the tuck" signature not a signed wrapper. :ugdance:

BTW, these are some really rare stuff. That said, your want list isn't exactly common stuff either.

Shows you how detail oriented I am, I didn't even notice the typos until you pointed them out

Bradius: I agree about the labels! I actually liked them, but Jackson seemed to want them back to fix, so I obliged. =)

Shermjack: So, I totally didn't notice initially, either! It just kind of happened out of nowhere, and I was like, "wait just a minute here......!" Lol.

------------ IN OTHER NEWS ------------

I've updated my original post to reflect a few things:

1. The Crimson Labyrinth is off the table.
2. I listed the Verum Videre Christmas Edition on Ebay as a Buy It Now, and open to offers. Click here to view it.
3. I listed the Pi Copper Plate on Ebay as an auction and a Buy It Now. Click here to view it.

Boom! =)

These are way out of my price range  but it's cool to see them available!
It came shipped in a custom Verum Videre box as well, so this is a serious score for KWP collectors!
Do you have pictures of this? :D

UPDATE: I've updated the original post to reflect that the Xmas Verum Videre and Equinox I Standard have been sold! Also, there's a little over a day left with the Pi copper plate auction and bidding has started, so if you think you might like to have it, then you might want to consider checking the auction out before someone else definitely snags it! I'm excited to see where this shakes out. =)
hsbc wrote:These are way out of my price range  but it's cool to see them available!
Yeah, I honestly don't know what the high (perhaps even ridiculously high, lol) prices are for each of these, so that's why I set them up like I did. It'll be interesting to see how the copper plate does; I'm actually quite excited for that and almost hope a bidding war gets going.

I'm glad you asked that, because I totally didn't realize when wrote that, that it sounds like how you interpreted it! I actually just meant the signatureless white box that's pictured in the auction. The box it was actually shipped in, was just a normal old box.
