LUCHADORES PLAYING CARDS. Three first cards

Unread post by labalaenlabiblia »

Hello friends!
My new deck will be "Luchadores" in which I will focus on masked wrestlers. I'll be posting almost every day a new card and I'm planning to launch by the end of the month on KS.

This is the first card "EL AZTECA". Please leave any kind of comments or questions. I always read.

Looks really great so far! I would suggest posting these on the Custom Deck Drafting Board and post as many as you can earlier, if you are looking for feedback. This is a great start and I am excited to see the tuckbox!

Agreed with the others above. Looking forward to see the tuck and backs. LUCHADORES is such a colourful sport and refreshing change from the myriad of Muertos themed decks.

Most of my art is based on Aztec culture and it really hurts me that I can't do a dia de muertos deck because there are already many of them...

I am a sucker for a well-done dia de los muertos deck. If it's done well, I will back it. While the genre may be saturated, that doesn't mean there isn't room for another quality entry.

Nice update with Volcano. I would suggest having the wrestling mask stand out a bit more against the sunburst and the same for El Azteca. It seems like they are wearing headdresses or wigs, rather than tight-fitting Luchador masks.

I agree with Baconwise. Let's see your more of your artwork. It's already looking to be pretty different from what we normally get. If this deck gets printed, you'll already have foundation of fans who will support your muertos deck. Just do something different from what's already out there and 2020/1 will be ready for a new, different muertos deck.

But for now, let's see the backs and tucks! :D
