Maybe that's because he doesn't overcharge for his decks (except for Fort NOCs) and doesn't overhype them by having such a low print run either. You also don't see people selling NOCs for $50 either.
In general , NOCS are cheap for USPCC custom semi marked decks. But then again, it's not like he needs to pay for a designer either to change the colors of his deck.
