Package found - incompetence from postal company and pressure from me

I shouldn’t give up hope yet

But...Bought a nice big Thirdway from Anzh from here...but I think it’s missing in action.

Was waiting since Feb 5. Then tracking said it arrived but THAT tracking number was detailed for a DIFFERENT address.

Fully trust Anzh - he’s not had anything like this happen to him either he’s said.

Whole full Omnia and SINS set vanished.

I’m gutted cos I was really anticipating the Omnia set

I don’t understand what’s gone wrong which is the most annoying thing

Almost for sure the postmen lost the package in transit, it happens few orders of mine as well.
I always reship when those things happens, I consider those issues...part of the game.

Even if you do give it up for lost, it's probably worth it to file a claim of some kind, especially if you have evidence that the final delivery address was not the one indicated when the package was mailed.

Did it at least make it to the right country? Things get more complicated if your domestic mailing service never received it from overseas.

Anzh and I are talking. I think that our local mail service has stuffed up somehow - although I’m confused as to how it’s gone to a random address

They seem adamant it was delivered to the address that lines up w thectracking
