Hi Folks,
Josh here from Aus; I thought it's about time I get on board with UC and start contributing, supporting and discussing my love for playing cards; rare, unique, obscure, new releases and everything in-between.
I've built up a successful business over the past decade that now solely, and proudly only deals in Playing Cards.
The business aside, it's not just about selling cards; I treat it as an evolving collection, the amazing clients we have allows us to work towards getting cards I wouldn't of dreamed spending the sums we do if I was personally collecting, it's really a great community to be part of and something I'm very passionate about giving back to.
I currently run a Card Club where I've just recently started to review cards on a monthly basis, I'd love to share these with the UC community; the 1st up was the '1st' deck ; ) wow, what an amazing deck by Chris Ramsay, I already think it'll be in the top-10 contenders for the next deck of the year. Link to the review https://www.buyworthy.com.au/blogs/buyw ... rds-review
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the deck, feel free to post a comment or provide feedback on my review itself, as a first time writing such a post, I'm very open to ways of improving.
Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself; I look forward to contributing more over the year, cheers.

Welcome to UC! I absolutely love the fact that you have a section on your website dedicated to vintage decks. Also speaking of more obscure decks, I have opened several threads for several obscure decks in the last few days, you can check them out.
Anyways, make yourself at home

Re: G'Day from Australia!
Welcome!
I think the 1st v2 is a pretty great deck. It is more plain and basic that what I usually like but something about the black back and the gold foil frame and ribbon. They looks pretty classy. I did not care much for the v1 deck.
It has a classy look and handles well but it wouldn't be nominated for DOTY by me. I have too many kickstarters that will come in this year that, design wise, will definitely be better.

Welcome to the site! I bought the JAQK Cellars first blue version from you a month ago for a very reasonable price.

Cheers mate, I'm really keen on expanding that range, some of the cards made in the 50s through to 80s were real nice.Räpylätassu wrote: love the fact that you have a section on your website dedicated to vintage decks.
I've actually got a shelf dedicated to Vintage decks in the office, not all yet listed on our site, will try get some more on soon, my latest score has been an Abbotsholme case of cards, USA.
Thanks again for the warm welcome : )

Welcome Josh, I think I have made some purchases from you as well in the past!
We need more members from the Land Down Under.
Just because in the United States, we like to think all Australians know each other, do you hang out with Guru (of guru playing cards)? Mel Gibson? Paul Hogan? Any of the Hemsworth brothers?
