Guys I have a quick question that needs some clarification, but I've got no idea where to put the thread; so I hope it finds its right place.

If an artist sells the rights to their Kickstarter campaign [completely washed their hands of it, with no updating of the backers of this fact] before fulfillment, what options for recourse are available??

I know what this means in terms of the Australian consumer laws but not so good on international requirements. Anyone wanna step in and enlighten me?

Rights to Kickstarter campaign??? Or the design itself. If you can provide more context or be specific on the Kickstarter project, I might be able to share my insights. You can even PM me too, just in case.

Thanks Sunish. I won't be naming names in the forums, because the artist involved is quite well known. Was asked point-blank by another well-known member of the cardist community about fulfillment of previous projects and that was the response. PM of an Instagram screenshot incoming.
