Basically a Rubiks Cube themed cardistry deck. Bold bright colors, looks somewhat stricking. I don't hate it, although I would never get one.
Ok I think I will ask the stupid question.. Why woukld one care about 1 way or 2 way back? I mean besides for pulling off the "pick a card and put it back in the deck magic trick" I don't see why would anyone care about the back being 2 wayICantShuffle wrote:I like the idea of the deck and I like that there is a unique back to each card (marked, essentially) version, but I wish they'd make a second version with two way backs that are identical for each card.
The spectators are suspicious if the cards are not "normal". The deck is not suited for magic anyway. Next negative I can think of are fans.badpete69 wrote:

PRODUCTION ON HOLDIMPORTANT UPDATE
Dear Backers
We would like to explain to you a very special situation here. We received an email from USPCC and the production has to be stopped for now.
USPCC told us: “There is concern with the design because it is too similar to the Rubik’s Cube; which is a registered trademarked and known globally. Therefore, we will need a release from Rubik’s Cube for you to print this design. Please advise – until you have received this dated and signed letter from Rubik’s Cube, this deck is being put on hold and will not go to print.”
We have go through the Terms on Rubik’s website. We Believe this design is not related to Rubik trademark. On the website, it states : The RUBIK'S CUBE® in its three dimensional form. But for the Kubik design is not 3 Dimensional. The Color is different from what they have on the Rubik cube. And the structure is different as well. And we never mention the companies name during it comparing. But USPCC will only print once we have the release from Rubik’s Cube.
In the meanwhile, we are contacting the Rubik’s Cube Company and trying our best to get the permission to print this design. We will update you as soon as we have new progress. Thanks for your understand and continuously support!
Have a nice day!
It's funny, because there's so many things about this deck that I shouldn't like, but I too also find it kinda novel lol - I'm surprised myself to say that I don't hate it lolJocu wrote:It's a cute deck, and if nothing else it finally provides a transition into Rubiks Cube magic that doesn't make people think "yeah but dude, who carries around a Rubik's cube?"
Deck's description is not correct. Cartamundi printed this deck not USPCC.MurphysMagic wrote:The Limited Edition Kubik Playing Cards are now available to preorder at your favorite Murphy's Magic retailer.
