I recently bought a pair of White Palekh decks from Russia, designed by Alexey Orleansky, printed in 2015. I got my two decks, which came in two different looking tuck boxes. The design on the cards is the same on both and the tuck boxes both look pretty similar, just with different images with the same lay-out. Apperantly these decks are not intented to be different editions, it's just comes with two types of tuck boxes, so if you buy just one online, you could get either one as they are intended to be "the same deck."
Do I add both of the boxes in Porfolio52 as different entires or is one entry just enough?
Here's the front on both of the two boxes, behind of the tuck boxes also feature a different image.

I dream of a world where wars are fought only by having dance offs. I also dream that a Finnish playing card designer would exist. The former seems more likely to happend.

Add both decks, but use a method in the name to differentiate them. For example v1 vs v2 or King tuck vs Jack tuck or just use 'alternate tuck'. There are many decks on the site that are the same, but just have different tucks and even some that the only difference is the seal.
