Way too much going on. No thank you.

Of all the compliments and critiques I have, the column across the center of the courts is the ugliest, most out-of-place element in this entire project.

I like the concept. I do not like the execution.
Way too busy.

yea, I agree; that was also the first thing that stuck out to me on first glance of the courts; the pillar doesn't make any sense whatsoever - I think it was probably added in as just the easiest way for the artist to make the design two-way without actually working out a seamless transition between the mirrored images; but in actuality, it's lazy and distracting from the design of the courts...
Besides having WAAAYYY too many details and elements thrown into the background that make the overall design really busy, I also hate the fact that the coloring of the square, brick-like pattern in the border makes the cards one-way... especially considering everything else was designed to be two-way... that's an easy fix, but still one that needs to be made. While the designer's at it, he should also consider taking out the super small pips in corners of the back design making it one-way as well (although, being so small, it doesn't bother me nearly as much as the borders of the courts)
But what's triggering me the most is the placement of the indices and pips - not playable at all - and WTF is up with those value cards?!?!? On the 8oH, there's
5 pips (???) in the center surrounded by
12 pips (!!!) in the corners... like WHAT!?!?! I'm hoping this was maybe an oversight... but for the love of god, it needs to be resolved.

The deck is so bad that I didn't take the time to notice any of these massive design failures.
The deck is also not creepy, at all, IMO. Unless you find that "obviously ugly" = "creepy".
I bet you guys thought there would never be another deck with skulls in it. Get it while the theme isn't overplayed!
One of Steve Vai's best songs.

The color scheme of the courts make it seem like another dia de los muertos deck which the world can most certainly do without.

Oh great. So now I go back and look at the King of Hearts with the hood and snake draped over his back and think about Lorenzo's Jack of Spades in
The House of the Rising Spades. Yeah, that is a really sad comparison. You all have already said all I would ever want to say about this deck. Pass.

You're not alone. Sure there's stuff about this deck that I would change but I do really like the art style used on the King and Queen. I kinda wouldn't mind getting rid of the stained glass border or perhaps finding a different way to incorporate it, better placement of pips, and a different font on court cards.

Looks like the creator has been making some changes to the deck. I like the change to the courts but not digging the new back design or tuck. Absolute skull overload.

What is with that column!? How did it make it through phase two? That hideous thing needs to go.

Needs more chainswords, bolters and battleaxes. Also more men with braided hair. It hasn't quite nailed the Warhammer 40K Grimdark aesthetic, yet.
Also, the Joker should be an Ammo Cherub ala Devastator Squad.

The changes to the courts greatly improve them for sure, enough to be interested, though that column is a little in your face! Unfortunately I completely hate the back and tuck, boring black & grey, with no detail, just looks sloppy next to the colourful and detailed courts.

I wonder if getting these produced in cold foil would change your mind?
