I've been looking for probably a year and haven't found any leads.
A 9.8 graded and signed version of this is worth between $75-150.

I would think there is an exchange somewhere where certified comics are sold and requested, like an abebooks.com for books. For coins, I know some dealers that can hook me up with about any US Seated coin I want, for a price. They know who has the rare coins and might part with them. But then I am talking stuff in the five plus digits. The air gets thin up there.
