There seems to be a bug in the wishlist view, I think the overall count is correct but some decks are showing as a duplicate of another deck. You can see below that the Karnival Dose deck is showing twice, where the second instance is actually the Asura Gold deck (you can see it once you remove Does from the list).

I know this is a little older, but it's actually the same issue Ivan reported more recently regaring the Tradelist. It's related to a logic difference between the initially loaded decks and decks loaded on demand as you scroll down the page. More importantly though, this has been corrected now.
