It's from an event in 2010.

I often wonder, in the highly unlikely event that I were to acquire one of these rare Bicycle decks before Jay, how much moolah I'd be able to get Jay to pony up for it

Well, we have an MS 150 here in Texas from Houston to Austin, but it is not called "Venture the Valley". Some checking and that event is in Southern Ohio, so likely any cards are in that area of the country, or with folks that participated or sponsored it back in 2010. I couldn't find any active pages from that far back, so that lead is likely getting rather cold. Perhaps check on some social networks for the riders in that event might be a place to start.

This was one article I was able to find about the 2010 Venture the Valley event. It is a good cause. Good luck. Maybe someone in the program would gladly trade a deck to you in return for a nice donation to their MS cause.
