I've considered buying tarot decks in the past but have never pulled the trigger.
Easy "yes" for me.

Thanks for sharing, Sunish!
If I had more disposable income, I'd buy these right away. Alas...

If the creator has $19,000 to throw into this why does he even need Kickstarter?

I imagine a lot of the appeal of Kickstarter is that it comes with a built in audience.

Why do you care..?
$19,000 = A set (low) number of products.
Maybe he understands that the demand of this quality artwork may exceed that supply (which it obviously does). It's just common sense.
Would you rather get on board now, or whine when they go for $500 on the aftermarket, because he didn't launch Kickstarter?
I mean, seriously, you're nit-picking a ridiculously well-designed campaign. For what? You need to stop these BS posts.

hmm lets see if I can explain this.
Production cost: 44,750
Initial funds-----: 19,000
so as we can see 19,000 is LESS than 44,750 (if you have 19,000 of something you do not have 44,750 of that thing).
Hopefully this helps. [MURRAY]
In the hope of actually contributing to discussion and not just being an ass. I appreciate that the creator is putting in so much of his own money toward the project. Really shows he believes in the product and having him put some skin in the game re-assures me he will create the best possible product in the end.

The creator has expressed good communication, too. I messaged him regarding the process of gold-foiling the boxes since I pledged for one of those. He was very informal and punctual.*
If there is a legitimate criticism to be had of this campaign, it's that it won't deliver for a year, because I want these ASAP.
*For those who pledged for this and want more information, he said that he will contact each backer directly after the campaign individually, to work out the details for which constellation, text, and font.

Been waiting for this since his first kickstarter, sent him a pm about the future deck, and followed the facebook page. I leapt on the project at launch but all the early birds were already gone, I couldn't believe how quickly, no idea where all the backers came from. I might just have to sell some of my belongings to pay for it but damned if I won't have this beautiful artwork!

This deck is simply breathtaking. I just ordered 1 for myself. With 4 hours left to go. Just in time!
