The movie is called "God Bless America". To over simplify... The main character is terminally ill and decides to kill himself. Right before he does he sees a reality show and decides to kill the annoying bitch on the TV instead... later... he is on a killing spree killing annoying people everywhere. Yes, he shoots a guy for talking in a movie theater.
