It was a funny thing to see, when I opened up the box. I had to take a picture because the joke just popped into my head then and there, fully formed, and I was hoping the it would go over well.

But, anyway... yeah, these decks are freakin' awesome. When I sit down to do work or check my e-mail in my office at home, I'll sometimes just open up one of these decks (I have a blue and a red sitting on my desk) and practice fanning them. I love the way they look. Someone else had said that they weren't as into the paisley pattern, but I grew up in a household with a lot Indian decor, and so this pattern makes me feel right at home. This one and Draconian (which I realize is not a Luxx deck, but it *is* a Butterfield deck) are my two favorite decks to fan.

Anyway, glad I could make at least a couple people smile!

Just a quick note folks, we are expecting gilt edge stock of both the Palme red and blue decks today (100 of each) - we haven't listed them for pre-order this time around as we did not see them in advance so I want to be happy with the finished decks before we sell them.

Of the 100 red and 100 blue gilt edge decks produced, we have approx 45 of each left. When they are sold the window closes for now, we will probably re open it again later in the year. (We are sold out of Original Gold and have 19 Original Silver left)

People like fast delivery, fact! So we do our best to get them out ASAP, then trust Royal Mail (and USPS in your case) to do the rest, but it's always nice to see a quick end-to-end delivery.

We've had a couple of issues with the gold seals not staying stuck to the Palme tucks, we did originally try and make these 'less sticky' so people could take them off and reapply them easily but it doesn't appear to be working in our favour.

I'm looking into better quality seals that WILL stick and stay stuck but they'll have to be cut or removed like any other seal if you want to play with the gilded decks. If anyone's had any issues with them and would like to get some new seals for free once they're printed please send me an email with your order # to Paul Dot Middleton @ jpplayingcards.co.uk.

No need for a message just put the order number in the subject and write 'gilt edge decks' or something to that effect in the email and i'll keep your details for when they're produced.

UPDATE: We have arranged with Legends to produce new gold seals for the Palme Gilt decks, we'll have these delivered with Elliptica. So if you place an order with us for that release you can expect them to be in that parcel.

So strange, must be awfully inconsistent because all of mine are perfect. Of course two (one of each color) are in a new V2 Carat Card Case™ quad along with a pair of Lotrek's finest - gold & platinum Venexiana Dark Signature Edition decks.

The corner of the sticker sort of pops out instead of being flat like ....|_|, mine was ..... \_|.

Might be due to humidity causing it to lose it sticky-ness, when it is already loosen

This deck only has one Joker?? (sorry if it was already answered)
(I only opened one Red deck, so I don't know if it was an error or if is intended to be this way)

Then, I would write to Paul to let him know that you didn't get Eliptica and ask how you can get your seals

Original & Palme decks have one joker (the Legends standard). All future LUXX releases will have two jokers, including Elliptica.

The new seals have been printed by Legends, so whether you ordered Elliptica or not you won't receive them yet as they are due to arrive in the Elliptica shipment.

If you have emailed me, you will be getting new seals. If you have any doubts feel free to send another email, but we have notes from the emails already sent so shouldn't be an issue.

Just a note folks that Palme is now out of stock. Murphy's took the remainder of our stock so you should still be able to pick some up at various magic stores.

We are (belatedly - August 2022 was the date) celebrating 10 years in business with a brand new updated version that Rick has been working on the last while. It's a limited edition of 1000 decks and fairly affordable, as was always the aim with LUXX decks.... £10 (plus VAT for UK/EU customers).

The new version is available 12 noon UK time on New Year's Day.
