If your order number is 228, then you are definitely not among the first few to order.
Coterie has a Chinese retail platform, products were being available at the same time as Coterie1902.com was launched.
So if your order number is 228 at Coterie1902.com, that means it's most likely 400ish of the overall orders of Coterie.
However, all orders were shipped already, I can ask my colleague to send you the tracking number tomorrow so that you will know the shipping status.
Hope this helps,
Zenneth
Oh thanks a lot ... I thought it was the 228th order

Zenneth, what's the story on the packs with and without gold seals? How were those distributed out?

Hi MJF,
The publicly available version is no seal, which is about 4300 decks, sealed version is about 900 decks.
I don't think the Gold Sealed version will be publicly distributed.
Coterie is currently working on several offline events(magic convention and lectures etc..)
and developing offline member base in greater China area.
The gold sealed version deck is one of the items in a member's welcome package, however,
members will have tear off the cellophane and sign their name on the spot.
It's not meant to marketed as a "rare deck".
Hope this helps,
Zenneth

Just want to chime in - received mine yesterday. Smooth faros out of the box. Great handling. Reminds me of the Turner Bees. Highly recommended!
(The only thing that keeps me from stocking up (like I have on the Turners) is the price, but as a custom print where overseas shipping is included, I understand.)
Also, everything arrived in great condition - no dings, loose cellophane, etc. (Only minor issue is that the back is a bit off-center along the vertical.)

Hi hikeeba,
Very glad to hear that from you.
Coterie Bee is traditional cut, it's very smooth to do faro [face down] from bottom up.
I think you be very amazed by the quality of it...try handle the deck awhile until you feel it's getting sticky or something....put it down for sometime and then come back to it again...
it will feel like a new deck!
Thanks again for the support!

Glad that the decks finally arrived.
...just let me take this opportunity to thank everyone for the tolerance you guys gave us for this release.
At the beginning of the launch, we had many orders for our magic items and got several offline activities
there was already a shortage of men power, on top of that, all stock were shipped out from Hong Kong...
so...apologize for taking so long for orders to arrive you, but we do hope you will enjoy with the design and quality of Coterie Bee
and that you will like the little present that comes with your orders.
Cheers,
Zenneth

Got my decks yesterday. The Hong Kong mail service really rips that outer box to shreds. Thank goodness the cards were all well wrapped and protected...

Hmmm, is the little present that paper bookmark? That's the only extra thing I got in my order.

Sorry guys,
We are currently in Beijing working on perhaps the biggest magic conventions ever organized in China.
Here's the link that allows you to access to the companion videos of King of Hearts Gaff Card: http://www.coterie1902.com/cbkhgaff" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
We will send another email to all purchasers of the Coterie Bee deck after we finished the convention here.
Hope you guys like it.
Cheers,
Zenneth

i am not trying to nitpick here but zenneth it is not the first time that uncutsheets for the tuck boxes is offered.
For the guys who want a gold seal deck, quite reasonable at $49, in fact its cheaper than getting it regularly since its actually a pack of 4 decks.
ps. Haha anyone here in singapore wants to get this but not need so many of the normal decks and is willing to let one go cheap pm me =D
edit: oh and the gold sealed will be unwrapped and signed by zenneth, looks like CBJs gonna be the only one with a unsigned gold seal deck, haha first time an unsigned deck is gonna be worth more than a signed deck??

Hey guys,
We are still keep working hard to make the Coterie Bee playing cards truly value for money, here you go for:
Coterie Bee Playing Cards KH Gaff 3rd Application:
This one is easy to do, the visual effect is direct and strong, by far my personal favourite among the 3 applications for KH Gaff so far.
Cheers,
Zenneth

Hey guys,
We only have 70 decks of 1st edition Coterie Bee playing cards left in stock and we will stop selling them on 1/4 doesn't matter they are sold out or not, so if any of you ever want to get them then this will be probably the final chance to get them at a fair price.
