Why would your question be rude?

Was brought up that it's rude to ask what someone paid for something. Didn't want to appear out of place, but figured it would be ok since it was a kickstarter add on and I was just too lazy to go look it up.

Ahhh. I figured with all these prices being transparent it'd be a perfectly acceptable question. I had to go to kickstarter to look up the price anyways!

Just wanted to let you know that Peter and Linnea are in the process of producing a video that will go into some detail on the gilding process. In the meantime, I've made a video of an open gilded deck of Pagan dark, after it's been used for about a dozen hours or so. The photos all showed you brand new decks - now you can see one "in the real world"...

Not really, no. I was doing a favor for one of my clients, Uusi - they wanted people to see what a gilded deck is like in real-world conditions, opened, shuffled, played with, etc. They were kind enough to send me one and requested I crack it open for the community to see. There's a series of photos in the Uusi Classic topic at PCF about the opening of the box, then I made this video to give people a chance to see it in action.

I hope you liked it! I can't emphasize enough - it is a thing of beauty out of the box. The foil gilding will last considerably longer than the typical "gold paint" job most other printers make. Silver or gold, it REALLY looks sharp. Imagine performing magic with a gilded deck! Man, it's just plain FUN!

Yes they are. I have the gilded Pagans and they are exquisite. I'd suggest going to the uusi.us site and picking-up any gilded decks still available.

Also, there's a hint of copper gilded decks yet to come.

Our very own badpete69 has up on eBay an amazingly impossible deck to find - one of the very few 24 carat gilded Pagan decks. I was tempted. It should go fast to a serious collector.
