Is the Sterling deck by the mystery PRC printer? It says EPCC on Portfolio 52 but that might be someone guessing.

Yes, Sterling was printed at my Super Duper Top Secret Printer, not EPCC.

Ooh, I really like that Noel deck! I think the art style is perfect in an anglican/icon tradition. What's the difference between standard and limited with this one?

This deck looks great! I LOVE the style/colors. Does anyone know how I can get one?

It was available for pre-order if you searched under Enduro. Looks like it's finally printed and now got it's own page. Search for Rawhide. Standard and gilded now available.

Or you could just click the link here: :D

At the bottom of the page for the standard, I found this and tried it - both added to cart - didn’t try to check out though…

Ah now I get it. After reading the email, the initial release is for the sub members first, later for the public
12 Days of Christmas Member Release
For each member release during the 12 Days of Christmas (subscription decks only), inventory will be released to members at 12p EST at the member price right here on this page. This collection is locked and can only be accessed via the link you received, please do not share this link.
Looks like both the decks are now open for public sale .

Any remaining inventory will be released at 3p EST to the public at which time the price will increase. Each day's release will be placed on this page and inventory added at 12p EST for members. All non-subscription releases will be released at 12p EST to everyone on the 12 Days of Christmas page.

We have restructured a few of our Subscription tiers for 2023 and wanted to pass that info along to you. The good news is (1) we're lowering the prices and (2) you don't have to do anything to take advantage of the restructuring.

The first question is most likely, "Why change it all again?". The simple answer is, as most of your know, we ran into several very frustrating production delays this past year, and we are trying our hardest to eliminate any and all bottlenecks in our production line. We have already begun to implement these changes! You may have noticed that with December's subscription, "Noel", we were able to fulfill ALL the subscription tiers at the same time. For the majority of our decks moving forward, we have eliminated the gilding delay!

Additionally, we are transitioning the Limited Editions of both the Table Players and the Vintage reimagined to a Standard Subscription. We believe this will allow even more people the opportunity to enjoy collecting these fine decks, and of course, will provide you with some extra cash.

Another piece of production that really set us back in 2022 was the book boxes that we included with the gilded No. 13 Club and Vintage Reimagined subscriptions. We found that particularly with the "leather" slipcases, the delays and amount of waste due to shipping damages was something that we simply could not continue to produce at the quality we hope to achieve. So in 2023, we are no longer including book boxes in the gilded subscriptions. It is possible that we will offer stand-alone "a-la-carte" purchases for some releases, but as a whole, we are getting rid of the book boxes. We believe that ultimately this will alleviate a huge bottleneck in our production line. In addition to this, this will allow our production costs to be drastically reduced which means we are drastically lowering the costs of our 2023 subscriptions across the board, but most notably in the Gilded Subscription tiers.

In order to take advantage of the new pricing and structures you need to do absolutely nothing. We will handle all the restructuring on the back end! So for example, if you currently subscribe to a LTD Table Players, an LTD Vintage Reimagined, and a Gilded No. 13 Club, you are currently paying $109/mo for those three subs. In 2023 you will be automatically transitioned to the STD Table Players, the STD Vintage Reimagined, and the GLD No. 13 Club, and we will automatically reduce your subscription to $54/mo! You will retain all your current subscription numbers for all Gilded subs and the LTD No. 13 Club.

You of course can always add more subscriptions. The new subscriptions will be available on December 16th!

You can see the 2022-23 price comparisons below.

Is anyone doing the delayed shipping? If so, I believe I read Jackson is shipping each quarter. How much is the quarterly shipping bill? Thanks in advance.

Yeah. That was from the 2nd Enduro session. He liked it so much he decided to make it a no. 13 sub deck.

Sterling is part of the Legal Tender series from Kings Wild Project and Jackson Robinson. It's inspired by British currency.

Kardify recently announced this deck as their 2022 Deck of the Year.

The Standard Edition is now available from Jackson's site for $18:

Here's some of the promo pictures, it looks absolutely gorgeous! Has the printer of this deck been mentioned anywhere?

Did he say this would be a no. 13 club deck? I tried looking through the discord and the live sessions and couldn't see anything definitive. If so, did he say which deck it would be replacing?

I asked on the Discord and someone said it was a No. 13 deck :ugthink: Could be wrong I guess!

I really dislike that long thin flap on the tuck. It's so easy to damage when opening and closing the box. My Arthurian one already has a crease in the middle of it.

Others have done decks like these, and I suppose this is a better example of this style of card than most others. Even so, I'm not generally a fan of this type of deck (the armor and crowns serving as courts), and I hope it's not part of the Club 13, which I'd thought were going to generally continue the literary theme.

Even so:

Whether it's a Club 13 deck or not, though, I love the fact that he keeps trying different things. When you keep mixing it up, not every experiment is going to land with every backer/patron/subscriber, and that's okay. I'd rather have the occasional deck-I-don't-like-as-much-as-others than have every-deck-is-the-same-itis.

YMMV.

Have you seen the index cards? Each index card is unique. Check it out. I drew 40 different swords for this. It's based on the Oakeshott typology book

I feel like its a wasted opportunity not having the gilded decks come in red tissue paper like a pack of firecrackers would have. Still a nice deck though thats for sure

I agree with balrog that I was underwhelmed with the tuck for the limited and gilded versions. Frankly, I have been having trouble justifying the cost of the limited deck given what I have seen and that it is the exact same cards as the standard version.

I really did not like this deck at all. The "courts" just didn't do it for me. That said, I am fine with a few "misses" as this really should be something that pushes Jackson to try different ideas. This one just didn't work for me. I would like to see some improvement on a more substantially different tuck at least for the limited and gilded decks going forward.

One other issue I had was while trying to open one of my standard decks, the cards were so stuffed into the tuck that I had to rip the top flap to be able to open it. So, now my tuck is messed up. Not a huge deal for me, but not something that I recall on any other Kings Wild decks.
