There's a section for trading and selling, don't do that here

Yeah my bad. Figured it was worth mentioning in this thread. I wasn’t planning on selling mine but given what the eBay listings are going for I did put up a listing for a discount to eBay in the UC deck sales section.

Had these come in today. As was reported elsewhere, Robin Hood was clumpy out of the box and looks to be a really thick stock. Both it and Arthurian and just large decks in general, probably won't be handling them anytime soon. Both tuck cases are beautiful.
So glad to finally get my hands on PDF, especially since the jokers are my runaway favorite for best of the year. Also a good reminder that USPCC with perfect registration (only my SECOND USPCC deck of the sort, get yo shite together) is still king.

Seriously, they need to be broken in. Once they are, they handle pretty decently - fans, cuts, shuffles, dribbles, faros. See my broken in Robin Hood (which is the clumpier deck of the two EPCC ones):

Since Jackson decided to continue with the subscription program in 2021, the Club13 I think is shelved for now. That is my recollection anyway. Subscriptions will automatically rollover this year to January 2021.

I'll put it in my "bits box". Donate it as a part of the mixed brick I'm working on to donate as a prize for DOTY. You're in the box with Gio and Alex Chin.

This question just occurred to me: the golden tickets for the Table Players... are they only put into the "standard" decks, or are they also sometimes slipped into the gilded decks? Asking for a friend....

IINM golden tickets are only found in standard editions for subscribers, ie no golden ticket if your standard edition is obtained outside of a subscription

Edit: Was lucky enough to get one for Bookmark

I just noticed that the Kings Wild Deck List has been updated with the 2021 Kings Wild Shorts and Table Players. EPCC will print all Shorts. Only the Table Players will be printed by USPCC.

It makes a lot of sense to make artistic/collector's decks with EPCC and decks made for a game of cards with USPCC. I appreciate that!

I thought I would mention here that Kings Wild has opened up an additional 75 limited and gilded subscription slots, so if you are not subscribing to either, this is a great opportunity. I know the gilded has been sold out since Robin Hood. Maybe a few were dropped, but not many. I would recommend both of them. The new gilded decks coming out in the boxes are sweet, and the regular limited are nice at $30 each. Plus it gets you the opportunity to pick up the regular subscription decks at a bit of a discount. Anyway, something to consider if you want to participate. Sign up now for 2021. May it be a better year than 2020...

Sadly still not international friendly even with delayed shipping. Also not a fan of all the variants. Love KWP but it's all after market for me now and I will always miss out on the LE stuff.

I wanted to see if we can all join together to get Kenneth Wayne Preston banned from the card community. He was offensive, abrasive, and constantly bad-mouthed Jackson during yesterday's Deckin' Around livestream. Can we add Kenneth Wayne Preston (KWP) to the blacklist?! :D :D :D

just wanted to share this - after weeks of debating Monday I broke down and basically got a brick of table players including 6x Cavett... Wednesday Cavett became deck of the week and went on sale   so on a whim I decided to reach out and see if I could get a refund/discount code/something since if I waited a few days I could have saved a few bucks and KWP actually did refund me the difference (which I'm now going to go spend on more KWP decks lol) just thought it was really cool for them to do that

also want to say man those mugs sold out fast!

The mugs were nice and reasonably priced for what it looked like you are getting. If I didn't have way more mugs than I need, I might have jumped on it. However, Jackson has said he will get more made if they sell out. You can be sure the mugs will be back as soon as Kings Wild can get them back in stock. It is nice to hear that Kings Wild offered you a refund. It is stuff like that which makes companies thrive. Meeting customers more than half-way whenever you can. I have always been impressed with my interactions with them. Great people.

This Kenneth guy is obviously obsessed with Jackson; he has even copied Jackson's interior design!!!!

I really wish Jackson would hire someone to do a heuristic review of his web site.

Performance is bad, the decks are multiple clicks deep and anyone trying to place an order for a large variety of decks must have the patience of Job. It's pretty amazing how well Jackson has built his business and I'm in awe of how hard he works both creatively and on the marketing side, yet on the flip side the main part of his business is really a very bad ecommerce experience which you would think one would want to absolutely nail. Every abandoned experience is a lost sale you are unlikely to ever get back.

Good examples of sites in the industry that do a better job;
https://www.thirdwayindustries.com/ (performance still isn't great, but has multiple ways to view cards, extensive photographs and a clear layout)
https://jpgamesltd.co.uk/ (you can add to cart directly from the browsing pages, multiple photos available from one page, can sort in many different ways)
https://playingcarddecks.com/ (very fast to load, very clear naviagtion, good search capability. Massive negative here in that Will has suspended shipping to Canada and ROW but you don't discover that unless you go to the shipping page or you try to check out, this should be a banner on the main page)

Anyway, my rant for the day. :)

That's probably an understatement, TWI are my favorite cards but going to the website is something I rarely want to do.. I click a link there and have to wait 5+ minutes for the page to load I've never seen anything like it lol

If I had to guess it comes down to using easy build it yourself websites? I don't really mind the KWP website, though admittedly depending what you're looking for it is a bit awkward to navigate to

Actually I don't think these are "off the shelf". My guess is that for Thirdway it's a combination of a bad hosting provider + non optomized graphics + lower end service contract.

KWP site is fine if you are going only for the latest deck or only to enter the "private area" which usually only has a few decks. I would challenge anyone to "browse" that site or have any idea of how many different decks are currently for sale there.

No sites are perfect for everyone and all of the ones listed could improve but KWP is definitely below par (from someone who pretty much makes a living doing stuff like this).

Damn, I am very sorry for this! I built the TWI website myself, with a Wordpress template (which is nice but heavy) - and I confirm that my hosting is not very good.
When I started, in 2014 I was not sure if the business would go well, so I picked a budget option - now I could improve it, but I am not very expert in hosting migrations and I am a bit concerned to do mistakes or have issues. This is a thing I have to do in future, though.

On my side, however, TWI website work fairly well, but I use a quick home connection - I assume it's quite heavy to load on mobile phone.

Thank you for the feedback!
