Kinda hoping it's just holiday and other delivery issues but it's also DHL who are pretty much the most incompetent carrier out there.
Point of clarity on this one from me. I went to the KS page to look at comments and apparently plenty of people in the same boat as me and it looks like DHL isn't handling end-to-end shipping but handing off to do "final mile" delivery. Some in UK reported receiving from Royal Mail, others from Parcelforce. In any case, I will remain patient yet eager.

Dhl does this quite often.
Most of the things sent thru them get delivered by PostNL in the Netherlands. Makes tracking for about a month useless then you suddenly have your package

Hi Omar, just PM’d you here and on KS. I got sent the wrong deck.

I have now emailed Deallez to see if I can get more tracking information. Others in my area and "shipped" around the same time seem to have received theirs so I'm trying to see if I can get better tracking than what I have seen which I have copied below;

We, 29.12.2021, 13:49, Germany
The shipment has been posted by the sender at the retail outlet
Th, 23.12.2021, 17:04
The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically
Coming from Germany it really shouldn't have taken this long if it was indeed "posted" by the 29th of December. Given the value and scarity of the items, starting to get concerned.

That really shouldn't. I got it in neighboring Czech republic before the end of the year already.

Interesting to note that after emailing Dealez today the shipment status has changed:
Tu, 11.01.2022, 12:40, Rüdersdorf, Germany
The international shipment has been processed in the parcel center of origin
Kind of concerned that it didn't move at all for almost 2 weeks now but at least it seems to be somehow in the system. I'm guessing my email had something to do with this change of status.

Getting integration done over the weekend into shipping software to import orders automatically and post back trackings on backerkit for usa and canada.”

Timmargh wrote: Tue Jan 04, 2022 2:37 pm For anyone who is curious: I initially pledged for The Complete Tempest Premium Tier Lite but then had to request a refund and drop down to just a pair of decks due to overstretching myself financially; Omar granted the refund within minutes, no questions asked.

Fast forward to today and my pledge was delivered, but when I opened the parcel I discovered my original pledge inside; I contacted Omar and asked if I could keep the decks and repay the refund rather than return the decks as I am in a much better place financially, which he has agreed to, giving me a generous discount as a "finders fee for locating lost stock." :D

I really couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome nor with the decks themselves.
Seems like Deallez are making a lot of errors with this fulfilment.
They messed our order up too.

Hi all,

I've been told by Gambler's that fulfillment will begin imminently. (Which is what they told me last week) :/

Regarding Deallez shipping errors. Seems like the vocal majority are the loudest. :) Really not that many errors considering the volume

To be clear, my experience with Deallez was good in that they responded to my initial email promptly and with concern and clearly had an impact on the status of the parcel. My complaints are much more around DHL who I have historically had many issues with (along with UPS) including their practice of charging £20 (or more) handling fee to process customs paperwork which is complete robbery. Given there aren't a lot of choice with shippers and it tends to be an industry with lots of issues, not sure that much can be done by anyone except to stay on top of things.

My parcel continues to move through the system and hopefully will show up on my shores soon at which point I will update here.

Sorry if my above comment sounded a bit harsh.
What Omar says is true, considering the volume I'm sure Deallez are doing a great job.
It was just that this was the 3rd parcel I was aware of where mistakes were made and generally we don't hear this sort of thing.
In all fairness Deallez did respond to my messages quickly and sort the problem, my missing decks are (hopefully) on there way.

No worries all! So a small update. On my end the backerkit page is saying that shipping has begun. SO I would say expect tracking info soon. Probably through Backerkit email. So please check those inboxes/spam folders!

I did see a new package from gamblers warehouse in my FedEx account so I think it's tempest. Usually the tracking numbers show up either on FedEx or USPS informed delivery for whoever is signed up.

Well, nothing new, I'll keep being one of the last person receiving decks, even when they are shipped from Europe...

It's funny that I seen a yellow DHL delivery truck out on the road. I rarely see them.

I logged into my backerkit and it looks like USPS will be delivering my package next Tuesday.

For those not in the US, DHL trucks are not at all a common sight here. I mean they exist but they're few and far between

 Yea for the first time I seen a truck. I never seen a delivery carrier, nobody wearing a yellow shirt or anything since I got plenty of packages from them over the years.

A problem I been noticing is USPS been holding people's mail so if you don't get your decks on day of arrival/tracking, go up to the post office to get it from them. TTOTT is my biggest order yet so I'll really be on the lookout.

Has anyone seen pictures of the Midnight and The Great Wylenti editions? I only could afford one of each and I'm not sure of which one to open. Surprisingly enough I cannot find any unboxing / review video. Thanks!

Probably because they are still just starting to land with people and the US ones are just beginning to ship. I'm sure if you wait a week or so there will be pics and videos to come. There are also some videos and pics on Lotrek's Instagram account as well, damn after looking at these I'm drooling all over again!

You need to open the Great Wylenti! Leaving this deck in the tuck case should be illegal. https://www.instagram.com/p/CYDGDj9obXG/

That's probably the one I'll end up opening, but as said I have only one of each so I wanted to be sure that it would be the one
