And a All Waddingtons post to finish today. Starting off with a bridge set housed in a leather wallet.
Two Advertising decks next
A double Hoover advertising deck with the hoover repeating courts and special ace of spades.
A pair of players Please decks advertising Players weights cigarettes. The tuck box and all the ace`s have been stamped with "Palace Chatteris" which i presume is the outlet where the decks were sold.

The 2005 Worshipful company of Makers of Playing Cards installation deck celebrating the 250th anniversary of the publishing of Dr. Johnstons English Dictionary. The Faces are a reproduction of the only known first edition of Kimberley`s Royal National Patriotic pack published in 1892 which is housed in the worshipful company`s collection.
A few Skat decks from German Maker ASS. Two sealed advertising decks and the third is showing the Mascot of FC Koln (Soccer).
Jeu Equestre Louis XIV. Published by Dusserre of Paris, this is a reprint of a deck that was published by Francois Deletre of Paris between 1672 and 1698. The original feature of this pack is that the Kings and Queens are all on horseback. The original pack is preserved in the Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris.
And Last today is a Waddingtons Bezique set.

Here`s the 1993 Worshipful company`s installation deck ,Celebrating the passing of the first train through the Channel Tunnel. Appox 500 packs were printed by Waddingtons. "Porcher" published by Dusserre of Paris. Scans of these cards can be seen in the Worldwide Time Machine. Opti-Jass printed by AGMuller of Switzerland. the Swiss version of our large index packs. And a barrel shaped advertising deck from Waddingtons to finish today. Thanks for looking at my cards

A cool Kickstarter arrived today 
"Viceroys" designed by Ian Cumpstey.
This is the second deck designed by Ian, both of which have been inspired by historical decks, this one was inspired by the Mamluk cards. Malpertuis Bridge J7, designed by Neil Lovell.
Neil is the sole designer and owner of Malpertuis Designs Ltd. The deck is limited to 1,000 and came with a certificate and 4 large art cards (free for the first 100 ordered)

Another kickstarter came today. This one called Skateboard by Kevin Yu. A facsimilie of a deck from 1644 titled Jeu de la Geographie, this edition was produced in 1986 by Edizioni del Solleone. A couple of Casino decks, the New York deck has an Apple suit instead of the usual Hearts suit and the Meskwaki deck has the same faces as the Arrowhead deck which is featured in the American section of the Worldwide Thread. And a double Waddingtons to finish the post. Thanks for looking at my cards

Comedia designed by Stig Lindberg, Printed by De La Rue in 1930. This deck was later reprinted by J.O.Obergs of Sweden in 1958.
The 1967 Worshipful Company installation deck. The set commemorates Sir Francis Chichesters solo circumnavigation of the world from 27th August 1966 to 28th May 1967 in his yacht Gipsy Moth.
Kaiser printed by Lo Scarabeo in 2004. This is a reprint of a deck called Piquet No.90 printed by Altenburger Spielkarten Fabrik Schneider & Co in 1910.
And finally today a couple of Tobacco advertising decks printed by Waddingtons.

Another great Jasenator variety pack. 
There's that wonderful blue I love from the "Neue Altenburger Spielkarte II" / DDR 2 in Germany of the Worldwide. Being used in a skateboard deck
It's cool to see the Viceroys arrayed as a physical pack. I remember when that pack was being designed a ways back and I like the finished cards more than I thought I would. Very timely with your Mamluk posting. The Malpertius decks are gorgeous, but so out of my current budget. You are a dedicated collector Jase. Nice to see they put your name in there.
The Piquet No.90 / Kaiser is quite beautiful. Seems to have that soft look of stone lithography. Much more graceful and interesting than the Imperial / Kaiser deck by Piatnik. I'll be looking for this one. I recognized the name and got my Piatnik out to compare. Love the colours and the more natural poses of the courts in the No. 90.

A Holland Themed post.
First is a double advertising deck with custom court cards advertising the dutch airline KLM. Windmill deck with Paris pattern faces and dutch indexes, the scenic aces features view from around the world. Advertising deck with the Netherlands pattern faces, scenic aces with views from around Holland. Two sets of Dutch Matchbox labels, 20 labels in each set and each label has a Joker card image, the green set is numbered 141-160 and the Purple set numbered 181-200. The second kickstarter to arrive was "Midgard" playing cards by Design Imperator.
A New book for the collection "Queen victoria`s Playing cards" a 36 page full colour book featuring around 50 british packs that are related to Queen victoria ranging from decks commemorating The Coronation in 1837 ,the marriage to Prince Albert in 1840 and various jubilee editions through to packs commemorating her death in 1901.
A round deck "Linton brand No.200" printed in Hong Kong.
And a couple of advertising decks from Waddingtons to finish the post.

Fist off is the 2007 set commemorating the 300th anniversary of the rebuilding of St. pauls cathedral. the court cards and jokers have reproductions of the original drawings from Sir Christopher Wren and the Master Ace shows three generations of Masters from the same family.Approx 375 packs printed by Richard Edward Ltd. The 1937 installation pack featuring His Majesty King George VI leaving Westminster Abbey after his coronation on 12th May 1937.Approx 3,500 decks Printed by De La Rue. A Pair of decks from 1952 which makes the set featuring Queen Elizabeth II taking the salute at the Trooping of the Colour. Approx 3,500 decks printed by De La Rue. And finally today the 1974 installation set showing the first North Sea oil platform to be built in Britain for the British Petroleum Co. Printed by Waddingtons. Thanks for looking at my cards -jase-

With Guru talking about Transformation decks and a member twisting my arm to start this thread up again.
i decided to do two posts with the transformation decks i have got since my last post.
First up Nursery Rhymes printed for the designer by John Galloway c.1862-1870
There are four different versions of this pack all dated around the same time, two by Maclure, Macdonald & Macgregor and another pack by an anonymous printer. Emanuelle designed by french artist and cartoonist Patrick Cuenol and printed by Intercol of London in 1986 Commedia del`carte Printed by Carta Mundi in 1977
There are two versions of this deck one with french political figures and the other with flemish figures as the courts ,the pip cards are the same except the 10 of spades. this pack is the flemish edition. And Peter Wood`s Pack of Pearls , date unknown

Facsimile of J.Cotta`s 1811 almanac titled Knightly Orders, Printed by Edition Leipzig
Beatrice, or the Fracas facsimile printed by Ediciones Del Prado ,published by the Fournier Museum and printed from a pack in their collection.
Nursery Rhymes By Elaine Lewis, printed in 1999.
And last is Les Cartes Du Vatican, designed by Guiseppe Zaccaria and published in book form in 1973 with die cut pages.

Hi Roope.
There is a colour version of the pack of pearls, but only 25 were made so are pretty hard to find. i have a couple of other decks by peter woods which i will get round to posting eventually. i can`t be 100% sure but i think this is his only full transformation deck, all the rest being semi-transformation.
I will keep a look out for these and the Beatrice deck for you.
will be posting some dutch decks next week , also a few Waddingtons

There is a colour version of the pack of pearls, but only 25 were made so are pretty hard to find. i have a couple of other decks by peter woods which i will get round to posting eventually. i can`t be 100% sure but i think this is his only full transformation deck, all the rest being semi-transformation.
I will keep a look out for these and the Beatrice deck for you.
will be posting some dutch decks next week , also a few Waddingtons

i liked it so much i just ordered a red tuck version
A Triangular pack from Ukraine, printed by Deluxe.
A Moomin pack, i think this was some kind of promotion thing from Japan, but am unsure.
And to finish today a Waddingtons Released by winning moves at the end of 2017.

The box says 33 cards but my pack is 32 cards without a joker. dated somewhere between 1935-1944. Dutch Penitentiary Pack published by the Dutch Judicial Institutions c.2004
Dazzelguts has posted scans and more information on this deck in the Netherlands section of the worldwide time machine. A limited edition advertising pack for De Speelkaart ( dutch collectors magazine )printed by De Dageraad and designed by Gerrit van Berkurn in 1991. And a double advertising pack printed by waddingtons for P.P.L perfumers, the Ace is a anonymous Universal (alf cooke) ace, Waddingtons Bought out alf cooke in 1971. i will be scanning the Amstel & De Speelkaart decks for the worldwide time machine later today, probably post them tomorrow or saturday.
