Yeah, this has been my experience this year, too. I've pulled two 50pt spins, the rest were 'no reward'.

I picked up two decks last week, so I got two free spins. What did I get? 1) No reward, and 2) 50 points. I wouldn't count on buying a spin to improve your results.
