Well, you have not mentioned if you want any deck :) :)

You can select a pledge with a coin (that is not available as add-on) and add one uncut.

I am also working with Mike in a "collectors collection level", but we have not defined it yet.

Feel free to tell what you would like to get in the comments page and we will try to accommodate anything we can.

I'll post this on the comments section of the project, too, but for the record, I've pledged for the "R3" tier. I don't see anywhere on the main page how much to add to my pledge to get the uncut sheet. Was it earlier in this thread? If so, I missed it there, too....

@max - Thanks for rotating the screw. My OCD is in check now. I see your going with embossed. My only fear is your cards look real good with the shadow effects on the computer screen, but I hope I'm pleasantly surprised when I see them on paper. What can I say this is a bad ass deck. I'm glad you took it out of your desk drawer and made it a reality.

Pledged. I missed the EB's though, but no big deal. Great to see this finally coming together. Good luck, Max! :)

I had the opportunity of having the prototype deck in my hands and it was pretty cool. I'm confident the final deck will be awesome.

You all are great! Seriously...

It is difficult to explain the feeling of someone that has always been at the other side of the story.

Honestly, I have the same fears and concerns that you have. I do want everything to be perfect, I have worked really hard in every small detail, but I am thousand kilometers far from Erlanger and after hearing so many stories about all kinds of issues, I won't rest till I have the deck in my hands (something that will happen, probably after most of you have it).

The screw has ever rotated... The last time I made some adjustments in the cards I took advantage and made some kind of semi-marking with the screws, but I have not mentioned it in the deck features as I don't think it is really relevant. I am happy it went out the drawer... The first design was nice, but thanks to one million hours in front of the computer and some smart expert help, the deck looks great now! You have to see the next one :)

Thant's easy!!! Get two decks... One for you, one for a gift.. Furthermore, you are lucky. Your shipping is free, isn't it?

Thank you Mike. You are very kind but overestimate me. In fact, if I were talented, I wouldn't have to spend so many time working :)

Have you found the information? There is a Add-Ons chapter in the campaign (just decks or uncuts are add-ons. The project is quite simple....

I would very much love to support this project. Not only because the deck looks really nice, but also because you do an amizing job in our community!
But $24 to ship 6 decks internationaly is a bit (!!) too much for me at this time!

Thank you sms69x for your compliments.

I perfectly understand. I have exactly the same problem being here :(

The flat rate box/envelope is the cheapest (I think) way to send from USA to abroad and it costs around $26. I am not going to distribute the decks as CPC is in charge of everything. Getting decks from USA to Spain has become a real adventure. The shipping costs and the customs pressure makes it something quite difficult. I will buy some decks for myself and the shipping costs will be exactly the same as for you so you would have to pay even more if I send you any deck (I plan to buy just a few for my collection).

The shipping rates have been raising year by year becoming the international collectors' nightmare (joint to the squashed corners).

I think the price of these decks and the shipping is fair in this project. Raising the price per deck to $14 and reducing the shipping cost could have been a solution, but just a psychological trick...

You will be able to buy the decks after the campaign. They will be probably more expensive (the retail will be 14,95 as far as it was stated by Mike) but perhaps you can save something getting them with other. Not sure. The coins will be probably available only during the campaign as we don't expect to make much more that what is pledged for.

Your intention is, anyway, important to me. Thanks for your feedback

Thank you Lotrek!

you have been a great support along this hard trip...

It is fantastic you also be part of it :)

By the way, as you probably don't see it very well in the uncut thumbnail and the ad card has not been shown till now (it is the always the card everyone throw away) I have to say I redesigned both MPC logo (made by Lotrek) and CPC logo to fit the theme.

I hope you like it (exclusive for UC friends):

@max - Sorry max, MPC is burned into my brain as Make playing cards. You have to think MaxPC. This company is making a deck that works with your theme.

They made the mistake of embossing the front of card. The front has wide open spaces with blobs of indices. You need lots of lines for the this technology to work and the back of card is the best place. MPC can make fine lines. You have the perfect back. The rider back classic. Everything in my bones is going against what I'm suggesting. You can make the macro version of Jerry Nugget's and the embossing works with your theme of "Metal" Think about it. Ppl will feel the rider back with their fingertips while holding a hand looking at your metal cards with the shadows.

Does anyone know if Jerry Nugget's is embossed on the front or back of card. it's a piece of information I would really like to know. I've heard it both ways.

Hello friends!

we are entering in the last week of the campaign. We have been working along last weeks to offer our backers something special and finally here it is: THE METAL CARD.

This engraved (not painted) metal card will be a gift for those backers with pledges over $60 and it is also an add-on.

I hope you like the card.

Max why not have the actual back design on the metal card ? It could possibly work as a magician's gaff turning a paper card into a real metal card. That way it would have some use and not just as a display piece!

Hello @volantangel!

well, that's THE question and it is a long story (a two-months story). Summarizing, I already designed exactly the card you mention. We have spent more than two months trying to get from the USPCC the permission to print exactly what you say (I have it already designed). They have spent weeks and weeks with the legal stuff going from one hand to another and writing an endless and leonine 40 pages contract so we finally had to give up and go on with the "unlicensed" version.

Said that, what do you think about the card? Do you like it? I tried to make the engraving with the original ace of spades from the deck, but unfortunately it is too detailed for a single and almost flat engraving...

Haha i half-guessed that legal was the reason, but other than that its looking good =)

USPCC is very sensitive about letting anyone reproduce their "marks" - in this case the rider back - other than themselves. I ran into this once before and it was like they sent a wall of paper to block your way.
