It basically boils down to (for me) If you are going to have repeating suits. Have repeating suits.
If you are going to do all custom go ahead and do all custom.

Right now it looks like you lost the King of Hearts to this deck and replaced it with one from another deck
Well sed, UtterFool.

Yeah they only had like what 8-10 months to design these, kind of lazy. They spent too much effort on the art inside the box which you can't even really see unless you rip it apart.

Either way they have another release coming in 6 days, anyone know what it is?

I just love the whimsical nature of this deck. And not just saying it because of the skeletons. A refreshing departure from the usual stuff.

Dan, please.

At this point, your comments on decks with skeletons are being taken about as serious as Mike's comments on non-CL crowdfunding sites

So what's new with the second edition? Or is it really just a second printing?

There is a new diptych for the ad card/jokers, not sure if theres an update to the back design, but its still white based so im guessing its gonna stay the same. Heres the question everyone wants to know, have they gotten rid of the repeating courts?

We will carry this deck at a reasonable price, so if you are in EU and want to save some money on shipping, give us one week or two :)

I doesn't look that way except for the KoH. I could be wrong.

Hey now! Thin borders make all decks better, skeletons or not :ugthink: There aren't actually people out there who like thick borders, are there?

The better I get at fanning, the more I want thinner borders... for general card play it really doesn't matter.

Exactly. But for magical purposes, thicker borders hide things better ;) Don't get me wrong- I'm not saying I like thick borders, but they have their place. Plus, if every deck I owned had the same size borders that would be borring, no?

Not really a magician, but if the size of the border makes or breaks a move for someone then they should probably practice more

I could see the point being made for gambling sleights and table routines though, but borderless trumps any borders in that department.

We have these in stock now at £7.99 for the first 20 decks sold (think there's still about 12 left) and then £8.99. http://jpplayingcards.co.uk/fultons-oct ... 14-edition" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Yep. Pretty much the same thing except the color change. And it comes with a diptych of the inside artwork so you can get a good look without destroying the tuck.

I'm sure these will be $17 so screw that. I hate how D$D's new decks are $17 but E and T11 still release new decks with a price point under $10.

They're a NEW Fultons Halloween though! How can I not be excited? I do dig me some orange pips on a ween deck. I'm absolutely ready to see more. :D

Well, not entirely new regarding the artwork. Knowing - with all due to respect - cashgrabbing Brad and the Bucktwins, I don't expect too much out of this deck.
That said, I'll most probably get a deck or two of them since I have a soft spot for Fulton's.

I'm only aware of the casino decks they put out. Is there any chance this deck will have court customization or will it be fairly standard with the black/orange color scheme? Looks like fun and I am definitely intrigued.

Can only talk about what I have experienced and me only has V2s (grey backs) but the courts are custom repeating courts. The art is a but burtonesque but in a good way. I think anyway. It's a fun deck I expect this new version will be some more fun for me paws to enjoy.

Only a few black stock (or printed) cards manage to get my approval. Fable, Black Diamond Tally-Ho's and now Fulton's October v3. The combination with the purple tuckbox is superb imo. No courts reveal yet but I'm not pretty hopeful to see something new...

As mentioned by others except for the Suicide King (oH) repeating courts unfortunately.
