Snow Sugar Plum.

Actually guys the set is called the Spicy Apple lol
So that was my fault for the misnomer. It's a Sugar Plum set because when you stack the 2 decks with the glitter on top of the lavender it looks like the sugar plums you get during the holidays. I think I was just thinking holidays and miswrote snow in the post. Also thanks guys for the successful event. As per usual I had a few hiccups that confused people (still working on making things clearer in the future) but overall it sounded like anyone that wanted something and was there for launch got something which is always a good thing.

Alex, can you please contact me about my order from Saturday. I screwed up and did not put any of the cabinets/cases in my orders. Thanks.

Hahah James. I am right with you. I did the same. I even forgot to buy some of those dang cherry decks. I didn't know what they were! I am so pissed with myself. However, I did come back this morning and pick up a few extra of the cases. At $10 each (plus shipping and tax) it was too good to pass up. I am sure I can slam some of my extra Seasons stuff in them easy. I probably should have bought more TBH. I ended up with three orders and three shipping fees. Ah well...what you gonna do?

I am going back and reading the posts. What? I was supposed to add the free cases? Are you all kidding me? If so, I am blowing a freaking gasket if I am missing three free cases simply because I didn't add them to my half-brick order. This is NOT good. Not good at all. [MURRAY]

I forgot to add a case on my first order of two decks, so I went back and ordered two more decks and added a case to that one

Same here, I did not put the cases in my cart. I assumed they would be included automatically.

I reached out to Alex after I completed checkout and he assured me that this would be added. So I'm hoping to receive at least 1 case with my brick order.

Admittedly the optional cabinet was one of my mistakes for this launch. The signed reserve decks were automatically applied when relevant but purposely made the cabinets optional. It was a piece of feedback I've heard before from international customers where sometimes a different tier would put people over the weight limit and they'd purposely go for under.

For international people getting 2-3 decks getting the free cabinet often times pushed people into a new heavier shipping rate that would cost them an extra $9-$14. For many a free cabinet is pretty awesome for that shipping price, but for others it's a bigger chunk of change they'd like to save if they would rather only have the decks.
I thought I'd throw this nice option in there and several international backers have thanked me for the insight about it, but overall I got WAY more e-mails of people that did miss out that wanted me to add to their order without knowing that it would raise their shipping rate. In the future I'd probably just reverse it and have an opt out option if you wanted it. Anyways it was a larger headache than I'd like for a free item lol but it's a learning moment for the future.

Leave it to the 2 biggest ______ on this site to be unhappy with, and confused by, a standard mystery deck sale.

You can't fix stupid.

I don't care for the 'mystery' aspect - so I don't buy. Same goes for Lotrek's annual "mystery" decks.

Thanks Alex. No big deal. It just caught a few of us off guard, but you said it was all taken care of so that's that. I appreciate you putting this nice option out to us and working hard to address our issues. More importantly, Im a deck collector and not a member of United Display Cabinets, so in the end everything will be fine!

I went back to the sale to see what I actually ordered and I noticed the Cherry on Top deck icon did not say Sold Out. I know it was Sold Out last time I looked. Anyway, I tried to buy 10 decks but it said there were only 5 remaining, so I bought 5. 5 Alex Chin decks for $25 (plus shipping)? Nothing to think about there, just do it. Someone must have cancelled their order or maybe he found he had some extras. Anyway, should be fun to get those as I missed them during the actual sale.

And he does say there is a 1 in 3 chance of a gilded prototype deck, so hopefully you will get one in your order. Either way, 5 bucks for a deck is a no-brainer especially when it is an Alex Chin deck.

5 was the purchase limit.

I did the same thing as I also went back to the site to look at something else and noticed the Sold out sign had gone.

Ordered 5 Cherry on Tops & 2 extra Cabinets.

My first order of a brick of Uber Rare decks has already arrived at it's destination (in the US) and the 2nd order mentioned above has also been shipped.

Unfortunately I won't receive these in the UK until well into the new year

I am still kicking myself that I didn't realize what they were and get them when I had the chance. Ah well. I am going to look forward to getting my half brick and be happy with that. This was one sale that got me excited. For those that got several half-brick sets, Deck Hunter Awards to you brave folks. I will look forward to seeing what folks get with their cherry deck purchases. It sounds like there will be some awesome stuff sent out.

Not my luckiest hour in card collecting. I understand this is a “Mystery Sale”. I am a big boy and not complaining. I ordered the “Mystery” half brick. I made a mistake by hurrying and not ordering any “Cherry on Top”. The picture is of the 3 Uber rare decks I received today. The yellow and black Elixir is obviously unique and has not been seen. The gold and white Elixir is not the same as gilded white Elixir edition of 188(although similar). The gold has more bling on gilded edition. I compared to my 88/188 deck. The white and black Elixir is not the same as midnight Elixir (although similar), since midnight edition is ‘moonlit silver’. I compared to my midnight Elixir deck. Since I have similar looking decks in my collection I am willing to trade 2-3 decks for one. Looking for more colorful Elixirs and Apothecary prototypes. I also got an Emerald Insights, which I already have, to trade with. Good luck to everyone. If anyone is interested in trades contact me here.

Yes show us what you got! I want to see all sorts of crazy decks here I usually avoid mystery sales like the plague and am still sort of wary of what I'll get tomorrow -- but the cabinet is a sure thing at least

Just opened my haul from IG live, here's what I pulled! Nowhere near as good as what brownsl had pulled (looks like what I pulled, he has all of them! LOL), but I'll take what I got in a heartbeat!

The emerald insights, gold elixir are duplicates of what I already have and also got two primavera decks!

A job extremely well done Alex, thank you very much!

Brownsl, I think I counted 64 decks in that photo excluding the Magna Carta set. 70 decks total. Wow. As expensive as that was, you got some really rare decks in there. I still don’t have a Magna Carta box set. I got a chance to pick one up cheap when I first started collecting, but didn’t realize what it was. It just looked cool to my untrained eye.

Irtjames, thanks for sharing your decks. You also picked up some gems. That is a really nice haul as well.
