So the box doesn't have the Puiforcat branding but it's indicated on the sealed deck wrapping.
Puiforcat appears to be a silversmithing company and perhaps had a relationship of some sort with Dali directly. Maybe he used their spoons and plates

I think I got confused with the other wallet style pics - thought that was the one you got
- the one above appears the same as mine, First Edition, but mine is black leather (or a very dark blue)
