NHL has been on the downhill slope since they released NHL 15 on 2 different system generations and it worked for NEITHER. NHL 14 is definitely the pinnacle of EA Sports hockey games.

What the F is wrong with these idiots, though? Players want drop-in games to be in ARENAS. Nope, we're gonna make FOUR different outside rinks with different shadows on the ice so you can't see the puck half the time! Are you F-ing serious? The game is almost completely unplayable online.

I'm really pissed off about it. Players get interceptions while not looking at the puck. How the f^&* can you intercept a pass when you have no clue where the puck is...?

Just thought I'd share a little snippet of what we mods deal with here from time to time...

Plus, there's banning individual user accounts for being spambots, but then there's spotting the occasional IP address that is shared by multiple spambots, and giving those IP addresses a two week freeze, as well.

The fun just never stops.

It's that time of year again in the US where everyone starts complaining that everyone else is rushing the Christmas season, that Costco shouldn't be selling Christmas wrapping paper already and on and on. Of course, this happens every year. "It seems like we're starting the Christmas season earlier every year." I hear this every year.

However, while going through the Lego Advent calendars and other Christmas goodies on display, I realized... they're selling items for *next* Christmas, not *this* Christmas.

My car does something weird (and new) every year when it begins to get around freezing temperatures...

2017: Alarm randomly went off a few times.
2018: Auto-lock, when going over 15 MPH, would engage EVERY time I went above 15 MPH (not just the first time after engine start).
Yesterday: Parked car. Car locked me in. Couldn't unlock the doors. Put key into ignition and alarm went off.

Those don't seem comparable at all, but I've only tried the latter combo.
