People who double-space their e-mails are sociopaths who shouldn't be allowed within 100 feet of school zones. Change my mind.

My "pet peeve" with "old people" is when they use "unnecessary" quotation marks to indicate "emphasis." You got three choices, Pop-Pop: Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, Ctrl+U. Use one of those.

Re: Last person to post wins. . . . .
It's a formatting setting that inserts blank space of a fixed width in between each line of text. I don't know how it's done on Mac or Linux, but in Microsoft Outlook you right-click in the body of an e-mail you're composing, select "Paragraph," and set line spacing to anything other than 0 pt/Single. (Alternatively you can select the "Format Text" header tab and click "Line and Paragraph Spacing" - the icon with a vertical double-headed arrow to the left of four lines.) Technically only the "Double" setting would be "double-spaced," but forced spacing of any width in e-mail format is annoying because, when you reply to the e-mail of someone using it, by default your e-mail will use the same spacing. (If there's a way to change this, for the love of god, somebody tell me.)shiroo56 wrote:What is "double spacing your email"? I had an e-mail chain going back and forth all day on Friday and the guy I was replying to had his e-mails double-spaced. Dude, you're a trucker. None of your e-mails are more than a line long. Why are you doing this to me.

Re: Last person to post wins. . . . .
Ah, yah. That sucks. I have this to when I wanna send a spread sheet/document out of the explorer. The e-mail which is then opened automatically has that spacing aswell. Which is kind of weird since the normal outlook settings aren't like that.
Glad to know that my "friend" isn't a sociopath.

Is Dragonball GT worth it? I just rewatched Dragonball Z and am through all episodes. I have Dragonball GT on my hard drive aswell, but never watched it. I saw the first 4 episodes now and I don’t feel it. It’s kindo boring. Should I stick to it and watch all episodes, or should I save my time?

Re: Last person to post wins. . . . . (wap)
I'm not sure what to say. It does pick up, the first episodes are a real slog. But there were other things that bothered me throughout. I guess I'm glad I watched it, there are some cool characters in there, but I certainly didn't enjoy it as much as I should. Overall the writing is terrible IMO, even by Dragon Ball standards.shiroo56 wrote:Is Dragonball GT worth it? I just rewatched Dragonball Z and am through all episodes. But Moomins is definetly one of the best out there. Back when I was a kid, I loved (dunno the original title) Alfred J. Quack; a duck with dutch accent. “Wickie” (too lazy to look for the original title again ) was great aswell. It is about a small viking boy who was the smartest in his village.
