LOL I was wondering where the heck I got 5 followers from without having posted the page anywhere. It might not be so soon, I was aiming for October but I might have to prioritize the Thunberg mekuri karuta replica that I'm doing with woodblock printer Takenaka Mokuhan for the National Museum of World Culture in Sweden.
(I have made 4 different hanafuda decks since Shiki btw, but in pretty small quantities that I've only sold in person at a couple of events in Japan)

I often check upcoming Kickstarters as there are some real hidden gems, or at least there used to be.
I, and I'm guessing others, would be interested in some details, even if buying some isn't possible. (Or is it? )

Don’t suppose you have a few of those left laying around? If not at least some pics please
I do have several left and will probably do reprints too, but maybe not of all of them. The idea is to sell them to as many people as possible, but I can't do a Kickstarter for each one and I don't have any other sales channels figured out yet.
This is what I've dubbed the "Mokobana" which I've sold under the brand name "Kusa no Hara." It's based on two similar decks of unclear origin, one in a Korean museum, one in the hands of a random Japanese person who posted photos of theirs on Twitter.
Yes, I too would be keenly interested to purchase your cards. The Shiki and kabufuda (who is depicted on the extra card, by the way?) decks from your Kickstarter turned out great, and the pictures of subsequent cards that you've occasionally shared on twitter are tantalizing— these 'mystery' Korean cards, various karuta decks, money-suited cards...
Picked up a trio earlier, just managed to grab a full set of 14 - won’t know what they all look like till they arrive as the auction only showed the sealed bags…

If you'd sell a copy of any/all of them please DM me
Receiving payments and shipping internationally is such a PITA I prefer to not do it individually - if you guys can hold out for my next Kickstarter they'll be available as add-ons. I'll make sure I have a couple of copies of the one deck I might not be reprinting specifically for you guys.

“The cards are hand-inlaid with black and white cards, with a frame design of only 3 mm and a thickness of 800g. They are not only beautiful but also feel great in the hand.
Production time is 1~2 weeks”

They're having a 50% off sale that ends in just over 18 hrs from now.

FWIW, they seem to have that sale more often than not. I remember checking at various points in past weeks and it has always been at 50% off when I looked.
EDIT Jul 17: To confirm my suspicion I just checked—a week later—and it is still at 50% off (yet Etsy claims it is the "Biggest sale in 60+ days", hmmm )
Thanks for the response. I'm pretty sure I've seen these types of cards somewhere before but I didn't make the connection. Will be interesting to learn a bit more
Korean rather than Japanese, but same concept, no? (Also, I'm uncertain about the protocol for posting direct links, so admin can delete this if I'm doing something wrong):
I think the art is vibrant and evocative and the board gamer in me appreciates the flower tokens. I also like how you get both the PVC and paper decks. Shipping to the US isn't prohibitive either. A win for me and thought I'd share...
