Won a giveaway for a prototype. Had to open and share with the community. I believe these were Cartamundi and handle like a dream.

That erudite frog joker really is fantastic

I remember that video they released of one of their craftsmen making a 2 foot wooden version of the frog.
I wonder what will become of that after the campaign

I came here to similarly encourage Gary to open his decks and let his eyes soak up the splendor of the decks. I have a Dynastinaynay right here next to my desk alongside a couple other of the high-end Successor decks, and I love opening them from time to time just to feast my eyes.

But I stayed for the wooden frogs legs.

i will also cast a vote to open them. imo, i dont see the resale value on most decks. regardless of what you might see on ebay.

generally, what you see in most hobbies are that, yes, there are some really expensive items that have increased greatly in value, from before collecting was a thing. once these hobbies started making these items for collecting, the value just doesnt increase like that. unless you combine idiots and artificial rarity things can be a bit crazy. of course there are many factors and this was a simplification. one could even argue that many items lose value as the hype from them being new and everyone wanting one goes away.

i do not think he has said byond cartamundi will not give a time and he is looking into other printers. i think was going to put it up for vote.

That wasnt this deck, that was his goldsmith set of two.

This deck is one of the collaborations with wyrmwood, it has a listed ship date of may and is being printed by WJPC, that decision was made during the campaign.

Last statement was they were hoping to ship early.

Welp. Hopefully the decks arrive in good condition. But if some don’t I’m sure wyrmwood will replace (and learn their lesson).

So, are the cards really that good, or the KS comments are just from Wyrmwood gaming fans who don't know any better?

Dunno yet despite having supposedly shipped over 1000 I haven’t gotten a notice yet. Could have something to do with me putting another Wyrmwood shipment on hold until next week because I’m out of the country. Will post when I finally get mine if no one else does.

Yeah mine arrived in good condition yesterday, but I was disappointed to see three decks in a flimsy bubble mailer with each deck just in a single bubble wrap bag.

I have also not gotten a notice yet but they did have over 2,400 backers. Hopefully, hear something this week. I am not getting my Prism decks signed so that delay does not affect me.

I didn't get a shipping notice either! Who do we contact?

if you had a signed prism. then it will be longer as they just sent those out.

Just received mine. Never got a notification for shipping, so those of you who still haven't shouldn't worry. Cards are gorgeous and handle very well. Incredible work Omar. The foiling and gilding are fantastic. Detailed and blingy as heck. Very happy to have backed these.

Are they not updating the order status on their website? Mine still says awaiting fulfillment, but someone from Malaysia already received his decks.

Yeah. Mine wasn't updated. My status on their website still shows " furniture awaiting fulfillment". To be clear, I only ordered a deck, no furniture.

Damn, they're not even sending tracking numbers then. That's worrying for international customers like me.

Edit: they replied this to me:

You should receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order ships out.

But it looks like it's not working as intended, as you all are experiencing?

LOL! Thanks for clearing up where to find my order status. Mine also says "furniture awaiting fulfillment". But others in our group here said their decks arrived without any email or tracking...they just showed up in the mailbox!
