Need an honest opinion. Which one would you choose? Knowing you asking for 5 colors. White, Black, Red, Dark Red, Indigo and you asked for a diamond Harlequin pattern like this old Bee Deck just above. Notice: The old bee deck has about 16 diamonds across.

I asked her to extend the diamonds pass the bleed area. I'm looking for a vintage feel like the old Bee back. What do you think which one?

"Finally have a day off! Spring break was exhausting. Anyway, here are some examples of those back of the cards...I'm finding there's a lot of different patterns you can make with 5 colored diamonds. Colors aren't final. Also included one with a different color scheme just for giggles. Let me know which one is closest to what you have in mind so we can work from there. The white outlines can also be taken away with the click of a mouse."

Walrus is easy. He likes everything including the Vortex Deck...

Of those I like the top right the most. Definitely want it to bleed over the edge though!

Btw, I'm still playing that Walrus of Choice video a few times a day

Coming here with serious business. For shame! :)

That said, I'd like to see the top right without the white borders on the diamonds. And do you think it'd be possible to create a pattern with the top left sans the little diamonds? Like bring the big ones edge to edge. Definitely stick with the top ones.

Callling sprouts' deck serious business. For shame!

But yeah, I like that suggestion. Try that.

Sprouts, get yer own damn thread if you want to post this nonsense! THIS thread is for OTHER nonsense. :geek:

Besides, everyone is doing their own threads these days... hell RSL has like 15 of them!

And even Ratman knows that nobody ever reads the "General" postings! That's why he posts random KS projects in the "Site Announcements & Support" Forum... THAT Is clearly where this post belongs...

Now if only i knew a moderator who could move it... :?

Honestly I think the white diamonds in all the designs provides too much negative space. Chuck 'em all in the bin and start from scratch. ;) If I had to choose though I'd go with either bottom or top right. They're about equal in my book but really as I said, too much negative space

I like the top right too...

My response: "I likey, likey the top right one. Once again you hit it on the nail. I like that you inadvertently made the white diamond larger. I wish to make all the white metallic silver. I hope you can change the color in one click? I really want metallic inks for the first run. Notice on the old Bee deck we have about 16 diamonds across. You may have to make the diamonds a bit bigger. You have about 18 and we need to take them pass the the bleed area. It looks like we will have a half white diamond on the boarders. That would be cool. I really want to make a demo deck. It seems so close..."

@chach - I'm being hopeful. I want more white negative space because that could become metallic silver.

For those courts, you should make that corner pip smaller and move it closer to the edge, and move the frame with it making the actual court bigger.

@MagicFingerz - There is a method for the madness. I tried to stay as close as possible to the standard Bicycle pips. If you notice Jackson likes "Skinny" clubs. In the next deck I will have fat suits that will be smaller in size and still accommodate the rank of the card. I too have watched Walrus of Choice a few times.

Pleas e you ain't got nothin' on me son, 'chaching' something has long been a work friendly version of the f-bomb, how do you think I got my nickname? Kept chaching things at my old workplace 15 some odd years ago so much that I became the embodiment of Chach. What's sad is that I'm willing to explain that and even moreso, I'm proud of my nickname.

If anything this thread is chached, and I should win.

Well, it's either that or it's the sound you hear when greedy people get dollar signs in their eyes.

So chaching is either an obsolete piece of machinery or a greedy charicature.

Just got At&t. Look at that sign. I have a new sign. Look at The Home Depot sign. It uses capital Letters. I propose a new new sign that sells Marijuana. Use "The De'pot". if you can imagine The "pot" would be green. lol What color would "The De' " be in color? I'm thinking white with a black border. The cut boarder would be a thick white border. Who wants to invest in this design of the perfect dispensary marijuana project! Called "The De'pot" the pot is green....
