So happy I followed my gut and purchased on eBay instead of waiting for the site to go live. I felt $135 including shipping for the whole set was excessive when I paid for it but that's peanuts now.

I regret not pledging for them. I got only the Fed52 deck from the early bird.
I thought I'll wait for both parts to finish and I'll buy them from the site together to avoid paying twice for international shipping.
Obviously I was wrong.
And I guess I won't be getting any more of them to complete the set.

I was shocked to see the $45 price tag - was expecting like $20 a deck.
This artifical price hike works for the first few weeks, thats for sure.
Most collectors got their decks during the KS or quickly on ebay when the decks were sent out.
Seriously I have doubts that anyone will be able to sell his decks for that price right now.
The question is, how will this play a role on the Federal 52 Part II series after market pricing.
One thing is for sure : People will jump on the Sherlock Holmes decks with high hopes to see the same pricings on the after market.
Depending on the print run of the regular editions of the Bakers Street/Holmes/Moriaty editions and if those will be sold at the exhibition ...i can see a lower demand for them.
From my point of view : i will not spent $45 on a single deck of Federal 52.
Black Friday and the holiday season is comming up with lots of stuff and sales
Saving my pennies!

Decks were easily selling for $60 and more during the first week people started getting them. I know I did amazing on my extras. $50 is the current price and I think people are still paying at least that much now on ebay at least for the rarer unbranded decks

I took a break from kickstarter after getting burned on a couple projects (you can probably guess), and missed this one. When I relented and came back to kickstarter, I saw Part 2 and knew I'd missed a good one in part 1.

You can get Part 2 now as a Pre-Sale (delivery timeframe 3-4 weeks) from Touch of Modern for $22 a deck.
They do not offer international shipping (only USA & Grizzlyland err Canada)

Wonder how the price will be on his website....

For those of you who aren't ToM members, the prices are $22 (retail is listed at $30, I'm assuming that is what they'll be on Jackson's site)

If you had scrolled up and read the previous post, you'd know it's Touch of Modern

Great tip, thank you. I spent all of my Fed52 Pt. 2 funds on the black LE decks, and forgot to get the reqular decks. This gets me closer to a few complete sets of the series, for a non eBay price. Thanks!

Okay, I signed up and am probably going to pre-order sometime this weekend. If anyone is think of signing up, I would love it if you used the following link so I can get credit

Haha, just thought I'd give it a shot.
I'm so glad the prices are lower this time around, though. Even without the $8 discount, $30 per deck is much easier to swallow than $50.

Does the UNBRANDED Limited Edition Reserve deck have the black/red backs and the Bicycle version doesn't?

Yes, the "Black Bicycle Reserve" version has a white back. It is a different color than the regular Bicycle Reserve deck, however.

I wonder how much those Black Limited Edition Reserve Notes will go for on eBay. I'm guessing Jackson won't be selling them on his site because it's LE? I saw a pre-order on eBay and the starting bid was $200
I believe it was $40 during the campaign? I hope the price will level out because I would be interested in getting my hands on one.

I received my 3 decks from this "Second Hand" deal and i´m kind of angry.
Two of the decks were already opened the seal broken and barely used (shuffled cards inside the box).
There was no word about that the decks were already opened.
I went to Kingswildproject website to check the text but the page was removed so i used Google to find it for me in the Google Cache :
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/s ... =firefox-a" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I´m not happy and i seriously feel cheated.

Well it is "Second Hand". From the link you provided, there was no statement saying it was sealed. It was just stated that most were near mint.

One of the decks were like brand new (without the numbered seal on the cellophane) and i´m fine with that.
Thats how i expected the decks to be.
Now if you look his new "Second Hand " decks page there its stated that just the cellophane has been removed.

Second hand means already used slightly it does not mean brand new just with cellophane off. I always understood that these were opened decks

when you buy a second hand car, do you expect there to be no mileage on the clock..
sorry but when you buy anything second hand, it is going to have been used, and it can be used to all sorts of different levels, that is the issue with buying "2nd hand" anything.

Come on man, you expected to pay a fraction of the cost and get cards that were pristine? You're shittin' us right?
