It looks like the problem is that it says the maximum bid is $1, so that's causing all of the pledge levels to error out.

Does that just mean the site automatically calculates it and adds it to your pledge? Seems to imply the cost will rise later and they don't know how much since I see no reference to it on most tiers?Or maybe that's part of the problem with the site, they forgot to setup shipping tables correctly to auto calculate.

EDIT - It appears in reading all the details that this is how it works, it should auto calculate shipping. Didn't seem to be doing that, so maybe part of the issue.

It should calculate shipping for you. No, it's not free in the US. Shipping is left out to prevent creators from doubling shipping costs to internationals.
