Honestly, for you and Piazza and Kevork and Laitostar and Bradius and all the other names that always pop up here... I would do that. Because if I recognize your avatar/screenname it means you've been a valued member of the community and have probably helped me. Also, the reality is that i don't think all 150 will sell out immediately. Although I hope I'm wrong because at $85 a unit $12700 would get us much closer to the next stretch goal.
Had a couple of folks reconsider their pledges who had big pledges... otherwise we'd be on the doorstep of 400% even more than we already are.
Tremendously appreciated. Forever a class act, Omar.

Because weve been stagnant for three days I think I may just go ahead and unlock the prism deck. I’m going to say tentatively Wednesday at noon eastern.

congrats, I saw it tagged a little while ago with that while looking at the overall "things that are live right now" list.
Shouldn't hurt for sure.

An update entry will definitely help. I just noticed this about the uncut tuckbox that's only been put on comment section, not even pinned.
I don't know about others, but I lose interest in a campaign without any updates other than the mandatory "thank you, funded" post. There's just excitement every time a new update comes.

Oh I agree, I planned to announce the uncut tucks as part of the prism announcement. But the campaign stalled and I waited because I wanted to announce the prism uncut tuck would also be available. I'll be writing an update soon.

Omar, please add me to the list of folks who intend to add a Prism deck as an add-on to my pledge. I'll try to make it before the 150 run out, but I've developed a severe allergy to mornings. (The combination of insomnia and being on the Left Coast can sometimes do me in.
)
Cheers!

As with every TGW project, Dynastinae print run is 777.

I love the number 777 as each of my names is seven letters; also, they're seven syllables when said together (3+2+2).

Now reached 400% mark. With $12700 up for grabs, it will need to find $9800 to reach 500%.

Well yes. But technically there will still be completionist tiers that have the prism deck. So if 26 or so people REALÑY want the prism they can still pledge for it and we off to the next goal.
Edit: we’ve had 7 pledges for completionist in the last 48 hours! Although I predict after todays spurt it will be relatively quiet during thanksgiving and the weekend. With things picking up for the last two weeks on the 27th. Also I remain skeptical that all 150 units will sell out today. But we shall see. I hope I’m wrong.

Doesn't look like too many are left after not even an hour. Hard to do the math since some backers dropped off the completionist once they had their prism.

Yes, Definitely a good start! I think we should get over 100k today. And then it's onto $112.5k which I think is well within reach with 2 weeks left to go in the campaign.

Hmm. I must have missed the memo. I guess I check this website more than my email. I would have preferred the Legacy Edition, but the Prism isn't too much more, so I guess so. It would be my only Prism deck so far.

Legacy unlocks next. Hope we get there!
Regardless, thank you kindly as always Brad for your support of the TGW Brand.

Only 20 prisms left now. They are going fast.
Things are looking good indeed. Probably means unlocking the Legacy edition middle of next week. Hopefully that will spur on the push to 600 and the prismatic faces upgrade

I’m going to be honest Omar. If we don’t get to 600% the prism loses a lot of coolness especially at $85 and some people may drop it. Thought has at least occurred to me.
Wildcard is how well the 500% unlock sells or how many people spring for completionist after the addon prisms sell.

The Successor prism did not have holographic foil on the faces. In fact, Lotrek's printed Prism decks for Tempest (over $200 each) had NO FOIL of any kind on the faces. The Beetle Backs Prism will have gold cold foil on the faces as a basic feature. I understand the desire to have holofoil on the faces but the deck will still have gorgeous prismatic foil on the backs and prismatic gilding. But the price to print 500 decks with holographic foil is basically NEGATING a lot of the revenue earned to even get to that stretch goal. I hope people who are backing the prism understand that and don't back out because a stretch goal isn't reached.

I dont think most people, myself included have any idea of the business side of making cards. They just see the prices go $20, $20 $26
$85 $35 $36 and say either in a nice way "one of these things are not like the others" or probably more in the traditional internet style "youre gouging us!!11111". I had some asked me on reddit why you were pricing that deck at $85 (I just didnt respond because I dont have a good answer). But at the end of the day either youre willing to pay the asking price for the thing or you aren't based on whatever your person feelings or criteria are.
Certainly the cost of scale applies to why a run of 500 costs more than a run of 1500 or 5000 but as we say at my office "perception is reality" when it comes to how people will decide why they think things costs what they do.
