That guy is setting up shop for a long haul big fish. In a few months from now, some poor sap will see the listing and make an offer of 400 or something, and the seller will take it and make bank, while the sap thinks he got a good deal.

Received my decks today. So disappointing. The ABC deck was completely beat up. I can see this happening on $7 decks where there are so many that you cannot quality control all of them, but for this deck I expected better.

Just to follow-up. I talked to our man Eddie at Gamblers and he will replace the deck. He is definitely one of the good guys in the fulfillment industry.

I really wonder if they just have too much cash to share or plain dumb.. or maybe again it is just some people trying to jack the prices up so they used fake account..

I figure people just want the ABC deck and not the Gatorback deck and case though it's cheaper to pay $100 until it's no longer available on DB's site.

You have to remember that there are a LOT of DB fans and collectors that aren't part of our community of collectors and thus don't have access to knowledge of special deals like this. If it wasn't for Hawk199's post (or eventually someone else on UC), I wouldn't have known about it as I don't check the DB shop regularly and haven't seen the offer advertised anywhere. That's why I love this community!

BTW, the special sets are sold out on DB's site...guess they were limited to 250...for now.
