It would be better just to have, "Joker." The Joker doesn't work.

Not a fan of the hand. I would rather have 2 raven jokers.

I'd be more interested to see its application in magic. Seems like a carefully thought out design.

Since it will be USPCC we'll have 56 cards: 2 gaff cards on top of the 52+2jokers.

Joker or The Joker, that might change to Joker.. secondary thing, thanx for the feedback
I am a big fan of the hand :D

I'd prefer to see two Ravens as well, though that raven has an "OH SHIT!" look about him as it looks like he's going to get squashed.

I actually love that Raven pose. It is definitely unique from the traditional perched pose.

I am always fine with two distinctly different Jokers (And I don't mean one just showing a trick card). So I like the hand and Raven Jokers.

I love both the Joker cards, though I agree that you can remove 'The' from Joker. I am very interested to know more about the symbols and their meanings ;)

Instead of 2 gaff cards, maybe a third Joker could be made to satisfy those that don't like the hand? :D

I'd like to nominate that Jack'O make an appearance. Think he'd fit in great with a raven.

I'd just like to say, that this is how ambigrams are suppose to be done. Usually they're done horribly wrong *cough* Ultimate Deck *cough*. But Lorenzo nailed it with the Ravn design.

I usually dislike ambigrams, but I wouldn't have even noticed that was one, if you hadn't pointed it out. Looking very awesome.

Hello everybody!

sorry for my absence, but I was on vacation for Christmas visiting my family in Italy :)
I am back in Stockholm and I finalized the Ravn Playing Cards tuckbox, which might need some small tweak.. but I think it´s ready.

The plan is to use natural pearl paper (as Arcana), red, black, metallic gold and embossing.
Probably me and Caroline will be able to start the campaign in a month or less.
Printed at USPCC on Bicycle paper, but we are considering Bee paper and Magic Finish.... any feedback about this?

Here a homemade mock-up. I hope you like it :)

Speaking just for myself, we love it.
I wish I could reproduce the delicate sound of a Ravens approval, it goes something like this ....

Phaaaaa-aaaaarrrrk .... with the Doppler in passing .... you know .... ?

Bee paper would be good. I love the feel of my Honeybees.

Guys

I finally have a fate for this one :)
tomorrow we launch, with 100 early birds of different sorts

I leave here the campaign preview only for UC :)
feel free to comment, tonight I do a few tweaks and adds. I hope the english is good enough and the rewards are ok.
As always I start with a simple campaign, that gets more articulated depending on the stretch goals and the funding.

cheers!

Would you consider adding early bird for 6 decks?
I'm thinking about 6 red and add 6 green decks later.

i will tweak the early brick (and brick) reward and make it split brick (6+6) if the green unlocks.
Same for 4 and 6 decks rewards.
But there is no 6deck early bird at the moment, the price for 6 is already tight :)

I love it when creators post the pre-Kickstarter link. I know exactly what tier I would like to get and I can decide if I need to sacrifice sleep living in an unfriendly time zone. I'm looking forward to these.

So we can split the decks (say 2 deck EB) once green is unlocked?

Yes, just need to tweak the rewards text to make it clear since the beginning. same as heretic and no.17 :)

I am glad i provide an extra source of entertainment. Scrolling all the way down for that brick made me slow hehehe I am glad you are happy though. As long as you get what you want that is what really matters

Backed! Perhaps not a masterpiece like Gemini, but a nice, solid deck of cards that I will be happy to own. I really hope we hit those stretch goals, I want to have a nice tuck on this :ugdance:
