What I don't get is that they still maintained the price. We all know that these would cost less than USPCC, wouldn't hurt to pass along the savings they had. But greed...

That's like comparing a Yugo to a Mercedes. Of course the Yugo is cheaper.vjose32 wrote:Can't believe your completing about a $5 price tag which I believe is a buck less than before if I'm not mistaken. We all just paid 4 times as much for the Zenith as a price comparison.
Part of the cost for the Zenith is the design cost. So as much as Paul is the sole creator/designer of the Zenith, there's a lot of time and effort to go into that. While for the NOCs, they're a reprint or a modify reprint of something they've done already. So even if production of the two decks are similar, which I'm sure they're not due to extras in the tucks/etc., not all things are equal.Strag wrote:That's like comparing a Yugo to a Mercedes. I'd rather have 1 Zenith than (another) 12 dozen NOCs... I understand what minimalist is, I just don't understand why these continue to sell when there are so many perfect alternatives at the same price-point.Strag wrote:That's like comparing a Yugo to a Mercedes.
