Different printer, the old one was USPCC. Also looks like the cardback is slightly different but still one way which is annoying. If it was two way I think I would have picked up a copy, although they no longer do free shipping so that sucks all around.

Design has tweaks. Not major but tweaks.

Changed from USPCC thin crush stock to a 'european printer'... pass

I think it's the "secret" one they've been using for years.

None of their in-house decks are USPCC anymore but this is still a cool deck, worth getting if you don't have it already I'd say. Personally I prefer it to the similarly themed Overlook deck in terms of art and design. And their ultralux cards handles okay. I think the general consensus is it's a Chinese printer using the usual European cardstock but who knows.

Kevin said the goal was to make the backs closer to two-way, but yes, they are still a little bit one-way. The seal was also changed, fwiw, but as noted above, the biggest changes were only tweaks and the fact that it’s a different printer.

I don't really see how making it slightly closer to two-way makes any difference. Either it's symmetrical or it isn't. If anything they've made it worse because it's now more difficult to sort the cards out. It always bugs me when a geometric design that could easily be two-way isn't for some reason. Oddly, the similar Overlook back design is also one-way.
