Agreed. What a fantastic deck throughout. It was ny vote for DOTY as well as in many other categories. Just wish the tuck was a bit bigger an not so tight. I ripped the tuck flap on both my decks opening them. Yes, surprisingly I opened it. I had to see that gorgeous art! And anyways I am a semi-tuckist. The gilded ones are staying nice and sealed
As per my comment above, I had the same trouble with the tuckboxes for both DitD and Atlantis. Tore the top of one of my Rise editions after trying every which way to carefully pry it open. RS needs to upgrade the stock used for the tucks, I'd gladly pay extra for that.
Yes, that is an issue that needs to be addressed. I have to contact them about this. I think we all should!

I did get some of the decks, but the number of versions was a definite turn off for me. Honestly, that hurt this deck a lot in my voting. I just had a bad taste in my mouth about all the versions. The artwork was excellent, but the same can be said for Sovereign and Vittoria, which ranked a bit higher IMHO. However, it is a tough thing to compare as they were all really amazing. Congrats though to Widdakk Design for amazing artwork.

Why the hate? This was one of the most well received decks when it came out. If memory serves it won multiple P52 awards.

If I sound like hating, you got it wrong. I like Devils in the Details.
“The sequel nobody asked for” I was meaning: a surprise reveal that Widakk is currently working on the sequel, which totally unexpected yet will be exciting. Again, no hate. If I hate it, I wouldn’t bother sharing this news nor get the decks

Yeah I thought the same in the way it was worded but realised after looking at the Insta post that laitostarr was really just meaning it was a surprise.

My apologies, it sounded negative in its original form. That being said, I’m excited to see this and think it will be great.

Thanks for helping, but that website's search results have out of date inventories. Most are sold out. But thanks for trying!

I very much look forward to these decks. They were great looking and had a cool gimmick that was lots of fun. I will be interested in backing these for sure. I just hope they make the tucks less tight this time around, as they got ripped from trying to open them up.

Per latest update:
Welcome to our very first stretch goal! Before we get into the details, we would like to inform you guys that THIS SATURDAY (Tomorrow) at 11 AM EST, we will release a new stretch goal - the Devil’s in the Details Rose Gold Collector's Edition (Limited to 2000 Decks). We will also have a few Early Bird Mixed Half-Brick and Brick rewards available first come, first serve. See you all tomorrow!
Here is a sneak peak of our Rose Gold Collector's Edition. Shhhhh, there are more hidden details on the back of the tuck case...
This old Aussie newb (playing catchup) just got his Rose Gold from Switzerland (that is a first for me)
Foil is not everything to me but I knew if the product was half as good as the pics, it was a must
They are sensational!
Luckily the card backs are foiled just like the tuck for I have one irk - seals (even limited numbered ones) should not encroach on the artwork. Ltd edn so even though I am an 'opener', I would not take this one off but how does one do that without risking ruining the tuck?
Ps. Seals/stickers should at least be put on straight (I think I must be on the spectrum)
I will leave it until tonight to try out the UV effects

I don't what I was talking about in regard to UV effects (see previous post) - mixed up with Deal With The Devil or maybe wishful thinking in hoping for a little help in finding the hidden devils on the Courts? These Courts are brilliant. Only a couple of them are easy to find, most are pretty hard and a couple I nearly gave up on - great fun and really complete this oh so beautiful deck

I came across this Qd in Frederique Crestin-Billet's cheap little book Collectible Playing Cards
She is only from last century but is a reproduction of a Russian style from nearly 200 yrs ago
Do you think this was Srdjan Vidakovic's inspiration for Devil's in the Details. The hidden devil is a bit harder to see for his Jc but it is one of the easier finds

When the tuck box features the back design artwork which is as well two-way I personally don't look at the seal as encroaching on the art. I see the seal as extra artwork, if - like in this case - it is specificly designed for the deck of course.
For removing them, slow pull is the way to go.
