Tangentially related, but is there a list of upcoming Lotrek decks? I know of Codex and Harvest, but are there any others? Perhaps a mystery deck a la Crypt/Arabesque Silver/Damask from prior years?

Lotrek has also teased images from an Hieronymus Bosch deck that he plans to produce at some point. It looks to play with color in ways that he hasn't done before, and I love it when he experiments with new styles, so that one will be a killer to watch for.

Is it fair to assume that you're aware of the Tale of the Tempest deck he is working on with The Gentleman Wake?

As for whether Codex will be Patreon-exclusive, get ready for disappointment: if it's not Codex, there will be some other project of Lotrek's that will be aimed at the Patreon backers exclusively.
