3/64" being "allowable" really is a crime. Sort of makes you wonder why it takes 6-8 weeks for printing. Hell, if that's the timeline then take an extra week and line me up... lol

Sweet baby cheetos... Dunno if that really is within the 3/64" tolerance!

Oh damn. Apparently the allowable 3/64" means half the number is off the card. You're right, that's probably some of the worst I've seen lol

With proper use of lighting and smoke effects, you will never even notice it!

Seems USPCC have found an ingenious way to get around their misalignment problems.

Back in my day, after walking to school uphill both ways, we would call this a deck of Seconds. It is a scary thought but it would not surprise me that you see them start to release "normal" versions and "irregular" versions where the irregulars are from the print runs where the chap running the press is too busy swiping left on Tinder to pay attention to what he is doing. Profit!

Judging by some trains of thought, each one is unique and super rare! Limited quantity! These should be no less than $100 each based on rarity.

Based on a recent Kickstarter discussion, this is 100% true.

Ouch! This looks like it hurt. How did they even manage to do this?

I mean damn! "Just throw it back through, it'll be fine!"
At some point the pieces should have hit the floor and they stop the machine right?
I'll be checking one of me instant noodles this weekend. Will post results from investigation.

If the machine runs full speed, it's too expensive to stop. It's normal for a machine to stop automatically just when a mistakes happens like e.g. 5 or 10 times in a row. The number is adjustable via the control panel. If a mistake occurs just occasionaly/randomly it's up to the machine operator to stop and adjust it or let it slip.

Seeing this latest error gives me an idea for a halloween deck. Have them misaligned on purpose from the top/bottom such that the courts are headless and peaking up on the bottom of the cards on the row above...

If it's not in it's in the top two.
I shouldn't laugh, that's a whole lot of ouch for someone's hard earned money.

Nah, I doubt that. OPC will most likely replace that deck.

That just means it's OPC out of their money instead... It's a shame there's virtually no actual recourse for USPCC's registration issues, it's not okay

Poor OPC guys. Replacing 50 decks per print run will ruin them.

Man pictures like these are another reason I avoid opening up more limited decks, if they were as messed up as some of these I'd be straight horrified lol

I think I will also contribute to this thread, because I am starting to lose respect and admiration towards USPCC.

Before I know about USPCC, I got accustomed with those cheap plastic cards I found in my local convenient stores. As soon as I get one Bicycle deck, I start to fell in love with it. Get more cards made by USPCC, and I start to like the company. But then...... all the new decks that got released and printed by them in the recent years.... they start to degrading on the quality. Good designs have to pay the price because the printer went bonkers
WHEN WILL USPCC WILL NOTICE THEY ARE STARTING TO GET BAD?
I used to love USPCC, but now.... I don't think I would anymore :/

To be fair, if that is the worst of what you have, you have been quite luck compared to others.

I do love and embrace the USPCC has bad regustration meme, but just to put a little perspective here. It's not that they got bad with registration. It was never their hallmark and there were always bad cut decks from USPCC.
It's just that people are now recognising it more.
It's like when you buy a new car and out if a sudden you start to see that model all over the city. It's not that the other cars weren't there before, it's just that your focus has shifted.
