Depending on shipping that's great! Do you know if non-subscribers such as myself can buy them? I can't find too much info on the KWP website.

The email from Blaine says New Release, so I am hoping it is not just the signed gold split spades.

New "release," not new "deck." Devil's in the details.. But I hope I'm wrong. DB has had some good BF sales in the past.

$14 for Gold Split Spades this year, and nothing else it seems. Was hoping for one of those crazy blind bricks from last year or that they'd have something else new.

Theory11 - Looks like $50 is a free NOCxMidnight, $100 is a Rarebit Gold and $150 is an Artisan Gold.

(Looks like 2017 was the last great BF for t11....)

Guess it really depends on what you are looking for. I made out like a bandit and got 50+ decks crossed off my list

I think it depends on how long you've been collecting. Ten years ago the sales were MUCH better.

even compared to last year, this year was sorely disappointing. i only bought a couple of gambling books and no cards.

Since I don't have any available money, I am glad my Black Friday desires have been muted. I did get the Exquisite Fortuna from Gio on sale, so I am excited with that one purchase.

So, I will take a moment to reminisce about one Black Friday sale a couple of years ago.

I remember in 2017 Lotrek had his Sanctus deck on sale for $60. I am not sure how many were sold, but I sure wish now I got more than the one deck I purchased at that price. I already had one, and just couldn't bring myself to buy more....I should have bagged more of those beauties when they were on sale.

Did anyone else take advantage of that sale to get some Sanctus decks for $60?

I almost didn't post this because it's barely a discount and an unreleased deck, but the black hole playing cards I designed and Kickstarted, Singularity, are shipping in the next two weeks (after backers' are out the door!) and I'm taking orders at http://www.relativitycards.com. Through the end of Monday I'm running the code "KICKME!" which gives you the KS price of $12/deck at checkout instead of $13.37. Figured there's a chance at least someone would like to know. ;)

I agree that in those times the Theory 11, Ellusionist, HOPC and DnD sales were much better. This year it was for me to get in on the sales from Gio (Value Square with discount), Spielkartenshop where I got good deals on some decks including Dedalo Omega for 4.99, Bicycle Perspective for 3.99, Chinese Opera for 2.99 and so on, Less Silver and Gold along with Chronos Players from Lotrek, Ultimate Collection from Riffle Shuffle (I'm a sucker for these types of deals and I don't own many of their decks), and a bunch of decks from Montenzi since I owned almost nothing if his.

Would definetly agree on that as well. Although I'm not a huge BF hunter anyways. Seeing how some loose their mind - camping for non-limited products in line for hours, rushing stores like their life is on the line and stuff - makes me feel a bit ashamed for belonging to the same species. The years are so jacked with sales that it doesn't really make sense to pay extra attention to BF anyways. For this year the only interesting releases weren't really sales (e.g. Gold Artisans) or they were kinda regular releases like Chronos Player's.

I will say I'm very disappointed in the KWP 12 days of Christmas sale so far.

I have no interest in merchandise like brick boxes or coffee cups and the "random deck" thing doesn't do it for me when I pretty much own everything he's done. The Boston map, Epochs print and Americana uncut for 15 bucks is probably a good deal but I stopped getting uncuts and the prints don't interest me. The fact that there are multiples left of everything offered so far is probably telling.

There is a listing for a one of a kind signed gilded platinum Invocation but it's sold out at $45 (if it's one of a kind and sold out immediately how can it be listed as discounted from $55, really not honest if you ask me and completely unneeded).

There will be a Seasons Rare Mystery Deck holiday sale this December 7th.
For those that would like to follow I've been working on making a fun "countdown advent calendar" on Instagram showing various different decks that will be in it.

The sale is pretty simple. I have a bunch of unreleased decks, artist proofs, fully produced prototypes, etc that never saw the light of day. Because they're all low numbered most under 80, many under 20) to make it a fair I'm making it a mystery deck style release which is also easier for me to organize. I'll be giving out free cabinets as well for purchases of 2 or more decks.

This event is a chance for people that want "extremely rare decks" to get them for cheap basically. This was originally supposed to be a Black Friday sale but is now I guess a Mystery Deck Saturday sale lol.

Alex, this is a great idea. You know I will be there for some decks. How does a mystery deck style release work in your mind? We purchase two decks at a flat rate and then we get whatever decks you send? That would be fine with me and fun. Also, what is the limit on how many decks we can order? I know everyone is thinking the same thing so just thought I would ask and get it out of the way. Also, what time on Saturday?

Thanks

I figure I'll remove the sticky after Christmas in case anyone has some last minutes deals.

FYI RiffleShuffle is offering an interesting mystery brick sale. $88 ($104 including US shipping) for 12 Unique Riffle Shuffle decks, 3-5 Sold-Out decks, 2 half brick boxes from the past releases & 6-12 random stickers. BUT satisfaction is guaranteed:
100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed - if you don't like the decks you received, send it back to us, and we will provide you with a full refund.
It'd be nice to see D$D do that with their mystery decks (unrealistic, of course). Anyway, sale is here: https://www.riffleshuffle.com/products/ ... tery-brick" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Did anyone get the mystery deck from BuyWorth.au for Black Friday? I think they had 36 (as they're wrapped and numbered, I have #20). There's a wax seal and I haven't got around to opening mine yet. Was wondering what y'all got!
