Didn’t know the cards(?) are manufactured in China. I thought Jackson uses the Taiwan EPCC facility.

Correct, I actually haven't used the Taiwan factory in a long time. They don't have the foiling capabilities that I have been using recently.

Thanks for replying!
The latest deck I’ve opened are the invocation and nutcracker standard decks (crazy foiling on the nutcracker deck btw! They are very hard to spring. Heh). I like the handling.
Waiting for 12pm EST

I can only finance one addiction, lol. Cards it is.
I still occasionally look at some nice kicks, but haven't added new pairs since 2 years. Too expensive and takes away to much space.
Even after selling a good chunk of my sneaker, I still have enough for 2 lifetimes.
Secondly, Asics Gel Lyte III is my crush. I've never been a fan of Reebok and not a fan of high-tops in general.
Last but not least, I get the nostalgia vibe and the execution of the deck is great, but it ain't for me. So it would be weird to buy shoes designed after a deck which I will never own. Despite being an 80's kid, I started to be interested in movies in the DVD era, so no VHS for me :D .

I wasn't much excited by these when they have been released but after I received them like half year later due to unbelievable shipping circumstances, man I was surprised! You just have to hold this deck in your hands and see all the blink in the daylight to really appreciate it. :)

I will be ALL OVER these. I love this type of nostalgia. I only hope he creates a similar series that pays an homage to cassette tapes soon!

Do all of those contain the same cards? I'm not one to collect tuck boxes, but these are pretty damn tempting...

In the weekly update Jackson mentions a new back design but not if all 5 editions have a different one. Knowing KWP I highly doubt it though.

He did the back design on one of his morning streams if I remember correctly, looked like a tape with a blue pink "top" which ends up being the border... I'm allll over these because I'm pretty sure my parents still have some of these old vhs boxes laying around that look exactly like what he put together

I loved the last batch but for some reason, this go-round seems to more accurately capture my childhood. Especially the Magnavox one. Can't wait.

I hate it......I'll take all 3(probably)

one of the few "fancy tucks" that actually resonates with me (as did the monster crates last year).

pretty sure they said this is a preorder so no 12pm rush to get something before it sells out.

Oh man. Of the thousands of decks I own, I can count on one hand the amount of "extras" I have. But this might be one of those rare times for me.

As a kid of the 80s, I thought this was gonna be a no-brainer for me. But I just skimmed through all the recent pics and got triggered (is that still allowed to say?). I guess there's no love lost nor wistful nostalgia for me and this decade. My wallet thanks me.

I feel the opposite, I haven't picked up KWP decks in a while but these are a must have for me. I almost never get coins or brick boxes but purely for nostalgic reasons I am going to have to get both. Very clever to make not only the vcr box but also the holder box as well and the colors on that coin are perfect. This is going to hurt my wallet when I'm still recovering from EOTO2.🤑

It all looks very clever. I don't think it is for me as I would see them more as ornaments to put on display than decks and I definitely do not need more ornaments (another weakness  )

This must be the first time that KWP didn't show what the faces of these cards look like.
