Black and orange foils on the Tapestry editions... meant to emphasize one side of the story or the other based on which version it is
I'm working with the tuck manufacturer and if I can get a white "foil" (and they do exist!) then the white version will be even better and easier to read

Thanks! Funny enough, the black was the recolor, as far as design timeline. If I'd had the budget, both would have come out at the same time. The white version is the one I want most, and there are at least some others for whom that's the case, too. And then there's people who were weirded out by the black deck. Like, an edge-to-edge black deck is just a supremely weird artifact to some people. And then there's cardists who don't want black because of the way the cards chip. So we'll see. I'm hopeful. The tapestry editions could carry the whole project! If it doesn't work out, I'll just move on to other designs in my closet
