Shame that my two uncuts that cost over $200 were damaged because of your desire to save a few pennies. I'm disgusted too. Maybe it would have been smart to do a shipping test?

Even at our volume, saving 10 cents was NOT the reason we tried the two-inch tubes. We've heard feedback before about the three-inch tubes being too bulky, so we gave the slimmer tubes a shot. They didn't work, so we won't use them again. As for your sheets, I hope you've already contacted customer service about them. If your sheets were damaged because of those tubes, we'll make things right.
